In China's current facility vegetable production,we are facing the problems of low technological,management by experience,extensive water and fertilizer management,reasonable fertigation system and supporting technology are lacking.Under the condition of soil cultivation in solar greenhouse,we used precision fertigation system,at the same time,this article mainly studied with the effects of different fertigation methods and fertigation frequency on the growth and development,physiological metabolism,yield,quality and water and fertilizer use efficiency of sweet pepper.Thus provided the basis on the management of high quality and yield cultivation and fertigation for sweet pepper.The main results are showed as follows:1.By contrast with traditional regular furrow irrigation and conventional regular drip fertilization,the daily quantitative drip multi-element nutrition solution(1/4,1/2,3/4,1 dose Yamazaki special formula of sweet pepper plus trace elements)promoted the growth of sweet pepper significantly,including: increased root length,root surface area,root volume and apical number,enhanced root activity and SOD activity in leaves and roots,decreased MDA content,increased chlorophyll a content,net photosynthetic rate,yield and improved fruit quality.Daily fertigation with 1/2 unit of the Yamazaki special formula plus trace elements led to the highest yield of sweet pepper,compared with the previous two fertilization methods,spring crop yield increased by 31.11 % and 22.44 % respectively,and the autumn crop increased by 35.52 % and 16.29 % respectively.And the contents of Vc,soluble sugar and free amino acid in sweet pepper fruit were aslo increased.2.By contrast with traditional regular furrow irrigation and conventional regular drip fertilization,the daily quantitative drip multi-element nutrition solution reduced soil bulk density,EC value and salt accumulation,increased soil porosity,soil urease,catalase and phosphatase activity and the number of soil bacteria,actinomycetes and fungi,improved soil physical and chemical properties and microbial group structure.3.By contrast with traditional regular furrow irrigation and conventional regular drip fertilization,the daily quantitative drip multi-element nutrition solution improve water use efficiency and partial factor productivity of fertilizer observably.Water use efficiency is observably increased in sweet pepper by daily quantitative drip Yamazaki formula 1/2 dose plus trace elements,compared with the previous two fertilization methods,the water saving rate of spring crop was 30.92 % and 12.51 % respectively,and the fat rate was 59.71 %.the water saving rate of the autumn crop was 25.83 % and 9.45 %,and the fat rate was 63.89 %.4.By contrast with conventional regular drip fertilization,with the same amount of nutrient solution,using 1/2 unit of the Yamazaki special formula of sweet pepper plus trace elements and set different frequency of fertigation(fertigation once by interval 0,1,2,4 days)turned out: treatments of drip Yamazaki formula 2/4 dose plus trace elements enhanced the growth potential and root activity of sweet pepper,increased root length,root surface area,root volume,apical number,root diameter and root dry weight.Beyond that,net photosynthetic rate in leaf,yield and fruit quality were also increased.Compared with fertigation once by interval 0,2,4 days,the treatment of two days fertigation once led to the highest yield,the yield increased 8.25 %,5.73 % and 21.92 % respectively.At the same time,it also possessed the highest content of Vc and free amino acid in sweet pepper fruit,both increased 20.17 %,3.26 %,39.02 % and 3.92 %,6.43 %,21.00 % respectively.However,the soluble sugar content was no significant difference with other treatments.5.The frequency of irrigation fertilization affects soil physicochemical properties and soil enzyme activity.By contrast with conventional regular drip fertilization,treatments of interval different days(0,1,2,4)drip Yamazaki formula 1/2 dose plus trace elements reduced soil bulk density and EC value,enhanced soil porosity,soil urease,catalase and phosphatase activity;the treatment of two days fertigation once possessed better soil physicochemical properties,and the soil urease,invertase,catalase and phosphatase activity were highest.6.By contrast with conventional regular drip fertilization,treatments of interval different days(0,1,2,4)drip Yamazaki formula 1/2 dose plus trace elements incresaed water use efficiency and partial factor productivity of fertilizer.Water and fertilizer saving rate reached 10.10 % and 68.73 % respectively,the treatment of two days fertigation once possessed the highest water use efficiency and partial factor productivity of fertilizer.
