2015-2016 years respectively with 2 year old Fuji / malus hupehensis and 5 years' Yanfu3'/M26/Malus hupehensis rehd as test materials,using the 15 N technique,study the effect of microbial fertilizer on growth and nitrogen absorption and utilization of different types of apple.The main results are as follows:1 With 2 year old fuji / malus hupehensis as test materials,using 15 N isotope labeling,Study on the effects of microbial fertilizer on soil physicochemical properties and15N-urea absorption,Utilization and loss of apple.Results show that the total fresh weight,shoot length,root shoot ratio,root activity and root surface area of microbial fertilizer treatment is the highest,respectively than ck increased by 22.13%,18.60%,37.14%,49.31%and 42.82%;Followed by fertilizer substrate treatment,the growth rate was 15.09%,11.19%,28.57%,35.02%,19.92%,foam treatment after fertilizer substrate treatment,chemical fertilizer treatment and ck with no significant difference.The alkalytic N,available P and available K of different treatment were significantly different.Microbial fertilizer treatment was the highest,fertilizer substrate treatment took second place,followed by chemical fertilizer treatment,Foam treatment and ck with no significant difference.The OM content of microbial fertilizer and fertilizer substrate treatment was significantly higher than other treatments,but the difference between microbial fertilizer andfertilizer substrate treatments was not significant.In different treatments,the number of microorganisms was the same,and the number of bacteria was the most,the number of actinomycetes was the second,and the fungi were the least.Bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes were the highest in Microbial fertilizer treatment,fertilizer substrate times,the number of microorganisms in Foam treatment was slightly higher than chemical fertilizer and ck treatment,chemical fertilizer and ck were not significantly different.Different treatments had different effects on soil enzyme activeties,the soil enzyme activities were highest in microbial fertilizer treatment,fertilizer substrate times,the other three treatments had no significant difference,and the soil enzyme activity of microbial fertilizer treatment was significantly higher than that of Fertilizer substrate treatment.15 N utilization and 15 N residual rate of soil were highest in Microbialfertilizer treatment,followed by fertilizer substrate treatment,foam treatment was third,chemical fertilizer and ck treatment were minimum.Thus,microbial fertilizer treatment in soil physical,chemical and biological characteristics of improving soil fertility effect is significantly better than other treatments,significantly improve the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer,soil fertility and reduce nitrogen loss rate.2The results show that the growth and yield of the control was significantly lower than normal tree,after applying microbial fertilizer,dry weight of fine roots,thick roots,length of branches and the fruit yield relative to the control were increased by 39.45%,157% and41.98%;Significant differences can be found on the15 N derived from fertilizer?Ndff?value of different organs,with the fruit Ndff showing the highest and then the Biennial branch,leaves,roots perennial shoot and trunk of the three treatments.Ndff of various organs in the control was significantly lower than that of trees without disease,while applying microbial fertilizer significantly increased Ndff of various organs.Ndff of fruit,biennial branch,leaf,fine roots,thick roots,perennial shoot and trunkrelatived to the control were increased by 93.38%,75.59%,63.71%,96.08%,80.20%.103.45% and 95%;Microbial fertilizer significantly increased the nitrogen utilization rate,promote the nitrogen transportation to the shoots.15 N utilization ratio of control,Disease free normal tree treatment and Microbial fertilizer treatment were 6.68%,10.43% and 14.45%,15 N distribution of control and disease free normal tree treatment mainly concentrated in the thick roots and perennial shoot,and the microbial fertilizer treatment concentrated in perennial branches and trunk.Two years of research results show that the application of microbial fertilizer treatment after a year of the disease prevention and control effect of Baical disease is only 7.08%,after two years of continuous treatment significantly improved the control effect reached 20.86%,while the fruit yield,fruit weight,soluble sugar,titratable acid and sugar acid ratio of microbial fertilizer treatment?6.3,208.23,14.34,0.52,27.57%?was significantly higher than that of CK,but still less than the treefreeof disease..3The results of different fertilization methods on Five-year-old‘Yanfu3'/M26/Malus hupehensis Rehd.seedlings showed that the yield,fruit weight,soluble sugar,titratable acid and sugar acid ratio of different treatments significantly defferent,the microbial fertilizer fertilization pit ditch the highest,radiation fertilization time,minimum control.The fruit yield,fruit weight,soluble sugar,titratable acid and sugar acid ratio of the pit ditch treatments were increased by 13.03%,22.11%,7.52% compared with that of the control treatment.The fruit yield,fruit weight,soluble sugar,titratable acid and sugar acid ratio of radiation fertilization treatment were increased by 6.57%,16.74%,4.66%,2%and 2.58% compared with that of the control treatment.The effectsof pitditch treatment was better thanthat of radiation fertilization treatment.
