This paper mainly studies the effect of the chemical control agent to water and seed vigor in mature period of maize inbred lines,reduced the moisture content in mature period and the cost of drying.In view of the large area of maize seed production,adjust the maize mature period of time,intermission harvest,reduce the pressure in drying production line and expand the service area in drying production line all have important application value.Selected chemical regulation agent can improve the seed vigor,improve production of seed vigor by chemical regulation agent,further to improve the quality of seeds.This research expected to spray chemical regulation agent to maize inbred lines and select the appropriate chemical regulation agent,spraying period,spraying concentration to provide service for maize seed company production.This study used maize inbred lines Zheng 58,inbred lines PH6 WC as experimental material,selected chemical regulation agent is DA6,DA6+Brassinolide,DA6+ Ethephon,DCPTA,Glyphosate,separately.By setting 3 different concentrations and four dispose period to study the effect of chemical regulation agent to water,hundred grain weight,grain chemical composition and the seed vigor in mature period of maize inbred lines.In different regions and materials,the response of DA6 to reduce the water of maize mature period is different.In Gansu,PH6 WC with 2.667 g/L concentration treatment effect is best after flowering 40 days in maize inbred lines,water content reduced 10.058% compared to control;Zheng 58 with 8.001 g/L concentration treatment effect is best,water content reduced 6.934% compared to control.In Shandong,Zheng 58 with a concentration of 2.667 g/L treatment,the effect is best after flowering 35 days,and the moisture decreased 9.485% than control.In different areas and different materials,the effect of DA6 to hundred grain weight is different.In Gansu province,treatment of PH6 WC has no significant influence to hundred grain weight,Zheng 58 with a concentration of 2.667 g/L treatment,the effect is best after flowering 40 days,and hundred grain weight increased 6.761% than control.In Shandong,Zheng 58 has no significant influence to hundred grain weight after treatment.DA6 treatment significantly influenced the maize chemical content.DA6 can reduce the grain starch content,increase the protein content and significant increased the seed vigor.In Gansu,with a concentration of 5.334g/L treatment,the effect of inbred lines is best after flowering 30 days,the seed vigor of PH6 WC increased 11.567% and Zheng 58 increased 15.387% compared to control.In Shandong,Zheng 58 with a concentration of 2.667g/L treatment,the effect of inbred lines is best after flowering 35 days,after treatment,the seed vigor increased 19.811%.The role of DA6+ Brassinolide,DA6+ Ethephon,DCPTA is similar to DA6,the main differences is period of play a role.The response of Glyphosate to reduce the water of maize mature period is different in different materials.In Gansu,PH6 WC with a concentration of 250mg/L treatment,the effect is the best after flowering 30 days,the water content of treatment is 21.32% and the control is 33.34%,reduced 36.052% compared to control.Zheng 58 with a concentration of 250mg/L treatment,the effect is best after flowering 35 days,the maize water content of treatment is 26.85%,and the control is 36.47%,reduced 26.378% compared to control.In different materials,the effect trend of Glyphosate to maize hundred grain weight is consistent,reduced the maize hundred grain weight.In Gansu,PH6 WC and Zheng 58,with a concentration of 250 mg/L treatment after flowering 30 days,reduced hundred grain weight by 10.536% and 20.385% separately.In different materials,the effect of Glyphosate to seed vigor is similar.In Gansu,after treatment,the seed vigor of PH6 WC and Zheng 58 have no significant influence.
