Our experiment take Malus hupehensis,2-year-old Fuji and 15-year-old Fuji as the object of the research.The effects of soil application of different doses of Vitamin B6,arabinose,tartaric acid,on growth,soil environment,fruit quality were studied at the different times,in order to provide a new method to improve growth,soil environment,fruit quality of Fuji.1.This experiment used Malus hupehensis seedlings as experimental material,studied the influence of Vitamin B6,arabinose,tartaric acid in root system of Malus hupehensis anti oxidase activity and root vigor.The results of the study showed that Vitamin B6 5.3mg/L,arabinose 40 mg/L,tartaric acid 47 mg/L processing of superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,Peroxidase(POD)activity,Catalase(CAT)in different periods were the most highest than the other treatment,and was significantly higher than control.Root vigor increased in differert periods in any treatments in addition to the treatment of tartaric acid 93 mg/L.Root vigor of Vitamin B6 5.3 mg/L,arabinose 40 mg/L,artaric acid 47 mg/L was the most highest than the other treatment,and was significantly higher than the control in different periods.2.After Vitamin B6,arabinose,tartaric acid application on 2-year-old Fuji in April and June,they were active and useful to plant height,diameter in difference growth.Vitamin B60.08 g/plant,tartaric acid 1.4 g/plant treatment in April and artaric acid 0.6 g/plant in June of most significant the other treatment to 2-year-old Fuji plant height and diameter.3.After Soil application of different dosages of Vitamin B6,arabinose,tartaric acid on Fuji in April and June,there were active and useful to photosynthetic rate of leaf.In August,soil application of Vitamin B6 0.08 g/plant,tartaric acid 1.4 g/plant in April and artaric acid 0.6g/plant in June of significantly higher than the other treatment to 2-year-old Fuji photosynthetic rate.2-year-old Fuji photosynthetic rate was higher than the control37.13%,29.12%,21.12%.After soil application of Vitamin B6 7 g/plant,tartaric acid 120g/plant in April and artaric acid 70 g/plant treatment in June of the most highest than the other treatment to 15-year-old Fuji photosynthetic rate.15-year-old Fuji photosynthetic rate was significantly higher than the control 24.75%,23.23%,22.56%.And their contents were also significantly higher than that of the control.4.After soil application of different dosages of Vitamin B6,arabinose,tartaric acid on Fuji at different periods,2-year-old and 15-year-old Fuji leaf mineral nutrition have been improved.After soil application of Vitamin B6 0.04 g/plant and 0.08 g/plant,arabinose 0.3 g/plant and0.6 g/plant,tartaric acid 0.7 g/plant and1.4 g/plant,they have the most significant effect on mineral nutrition of 2-year-old Fuji leaf.After soil application of Vitamin B6 5 g/plant and 7g/plant,arabinose 50 g/plant and 70 g/plant,tartaric acid 100 g/plant and1 20 g/plant,they have the most significant effect on mineral nutrition of 15-year-old Fuji’s leaf.While soil application Vitamin B6,tartaric acid in April and arabinose in June,Fuji’s leaf nutrient content were significantly higher than that of their relative time.5.After soil application of Vitamin B6,arabinose,tartaric acid in April and June,the content of the soil mineral nutrients have been improved to 2-year-old and 15-year-old Fuji.Througn soil application of Vitamin B6 0.04 g/plant,0.8 g/plant in 2-year-old Fuji and Vitamin B6 5g/plant,7 g/plant to15-year-old Fuji,they have the most significant effect on mineral nutrition of soil.2-year-old Fuji and 15-year-old Fuji has been dealt with arabinose,tartaric acid,they have the most significant effect on mineral nutrition of soil.After soil application of Vitamin B6,arabinose in April and tartaric acid in June,Mineral elements content in soil,and their contents were significantly higher than that of the other months of treatment.6.The number of fungi,bacteria,actinomycetes and TOC as application of Vitamin B6,arabinose,tartaric acid dose increase have also been significantly improved in mid-September.After soil application of Vitamin B6 7 g/plant,tartaric acid 120 g/plant in April and arabinose70 g/plant in June,they have the most highest fungi,bacteria,actinomycetes and TOC content in soil,and their contents were also significantly higher than that of the control.7.After application of Vitamin B6 7 g/plant,arabinose 70 g/plant,tartaric acid 100 g/plant,the quality indicators were significantly higher than that of the control in April and June,and the quality indicators of Vitamin B6 7 g/plant,tartaric acid 100 g/plant treatment were significantly higher in April than that in June,and the quality indicators of arabinose70 g/plant treatment were significantly higher in June than that in April.The relative content of total esters in Vitamin B6 7 g/plant,arabinose 50 g/plant,tartaric acid 80 g/plant treatment were significantly higher than that of the control.After application of Vitamin B6,tartaric acid in June and arabinose in April,they have a significant effect on aroma in Fuji apple.The relative content of ethyl-2-methyl butyrate,ethyl butyrate,ethyl caproate,butyl 2-methyl butyrate,isopropyl 2-methyl butyrate in treatment of Vitamin B6 7 g/plant,arabinose 50 g/plant,tartaric acid 80 g/plant treatment were significantly higher than that of the control,and their contents were also significantly higher than that of the control.
