In order to increase the cashmere yield in the seasons that secondary hair follicles are inactive,we are in attempt to stimulate cashmere growth by control the exposure time of Shaanbei cashmere goats in cave dwelling.At the same time,in order to promote the light-control technology to increase the cashmere yield in cave dwelling.This experiment not only further studied the change rule of the harmful gas content in the cave dwelling during the light control period but also offered the basis for providing the environmental parameters of the cave-type light control house.We randomly chose 50 ewes?25 experimental animals and 25 control animals?.The experimental animals were kept in the cave dwellings from 16:00 to 9:30,the light intensity was <0.1 Lx.The control group was raised normally.At the same time,in order to record the CO2,NH3,temperature and humidity parameters of whole cave dwelling,the test set a total of seven monitoring points,three control groups,labeled A,C,E,three test groups,labeled B,D,F,also had a outdoor monitoring point,labeled O.The monitoring points in the cave dwelling were uniform distributed on the longitudinal axis,1.5 m from the ground.The outdoor monitoring point was set in the middle of the two cave dwellings.The order of the individual monitoring points was O-A-B-C-D-E-F,the monitoring points data was recorded every 10 minutes,and the cycle was completed every 70 minutes.The main results obtained are as follows:?1?Increase the cashmere yield through light control technology in cave dwellings,the stretched length and cashmere weight had significant effects?P <0.05?,but the effect of fiber diameter was not significant?P> 0.05?in Shanbei White Cashmere goat.?2?Increase the cashmere yield through light control technology in cave dwellings can induce the speed of fiber growth and extend growth time in cashmere no-growing period,increase fiber length,improve the cashermere yield.In order to achieve the purpose of shorn-pile twice in a year.?3?The concentration of CO2 in the cave-type light control house was related to the density of the goats in the cave and didn't change with the seasons.?4?The change of CO2 concentration during the test : During 9:30 to 10:30,theconcentration of CO2 were y=0.1603x-0.328.During 10:30 to 16:30 the concentration of CO2 were 0.02% to 0.04%.During 16:30 to 19:30 the concentration of CO2 were y=0.0208ln?x?+0.021.During 19:30 to 9:30 in the next day the concentration of CO2 were0.10% to 0.16%.?5?The concentration of NH3 depended mainly on the temperature and ventilation within the cave-type light control house.?6?Cave-type light control house had cooling function in high temperature season,and the temperature was stable,temperature difference was small,but in the high humidity season should take measures to reduce humidity.
