Substrate culture is a simple way of soilless culture,most nutrients for growth of crops from the cultivation medium,mineral nutrient deficiencies through nutrition supply,reasonable nutrition is a key factor to improve the yield and quality of crop cultivation,so the nutrition management is the key of tomato the nutrient management technology is conducive to maintaining the reasonable water and fertilizer supply and tomato growth balance between,is the high yield and quality assurance,in order to select the suitable planting tomato nutrition supply management measures,the tests as the follows.1.In greenhouse,Cultivating tomato by Substrate with a long bar substrate bags(The length was12.7 m,the width was 30 cm,the height was 20 cm).By changing the content of KNO3 and NH4H2PO4 in the nutrient solution,4 different nutrient levels of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium were obtained.To study the effects of nutrient levels on the quality,yield and nutrient uptake and utilization of tomato cultivated in nutrient medium.The experiment results show that: Appropriate to improve the level of supplementation of nitrogen and phosphorus and potassium nutrition promoted the absorption of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in different organs of tomato,and excessive use of inhibition of nitrogen and phosphorus and potassium absorption.The contents of soluble protein,vitamin C,reducing sugar and soluble sugar were added with the level of nitrogen phosphorus and potassium increase showed increased first and then decreased,while the soluble solids and nitrate content increased gradually;The single fruit weight and the yield were significant;compared with CK,T2 fruit increased the weight of 6.85%,and the yield increased by 13.10% and T3 fruit weight was reduced by 2.29%,yield was reduced by 2.92%,among them difference significant.Considering the growth,quality and yield of tomato,the ratio of N,P,K of the nutrient solution treated by T2 was the best under the conditions of this experiment.Recommended dosage: KNO3 8 mmol/L,NH4H2PO4 1.2 mmol/L,Ca(NO3)2·4H2O 4 mmol/L,MgSO4·7H2O 2 mmol/L.2.Test the supply of nutrient solution on the growth and development of tomato on the "HL2109" tomato as material,in the whole growth period of just pouring water as control,on Tomato Growth and development of different supply of nutrient solution,dry matter accumulation,affect fruit yield and quality and the content of volatile matter.The results show:(1)The chlorophyll content of leaves in each growth period of tomato was the highest in T3 treatment,and all showed T3 > T2 > T1 > CK;The difference of T2 and T3 in flowering,fruit setting and harvesting period was not significant.Fifty days after planting,the root vigor of T2 plant was the best,and was significantly better than T1 and T3.After 110 days,with the increase of nutrient solution,the root activity of tomato showed a trend of increasing and decreasing.(2)Tomato yield was the highest in T2 treatment,followed by T3 treatment,the difference was not significant between the two;irrigation water use efficiency was highest in T1 treatment,followed by T2 treatment,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.(3)The soluble solids content,sugar and acid ratio of tomato fruit were highest in T2 treatment,and the flavor quality of fruit was significantly improved;With the increase of nutrient solution supply,the content of soluble protein and ascorbic acid in fruit increased gradually,the content of soluble sugar and reducing sugar of fruit increased first and then decreased,the T2 were the highest.A total of 69 volatile compounds were identified by GC-MS analysis,T1,T2 and T3 were higher than those in control group(CK <T3 <T1 <T2);With the increase in nutrient supply,Penten-3-one,6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one,hexanal,hexanoic acid,phenylacetaldehyde and cis-3-hexenal are all treated with the highest content of T2,and the contents of volatile substances,the amount of volatile substances and the total content of fruits were the highest under T2 treatment.In summary,under the experimental conditions,the supply of nutrient solution of T2(58.5 L of nutrient solution per plant)was improved,and the fruit quality and volatile matter content were improved.
