Cinnamon essential oil is a kind of highly effective fungicide.It is effective for a variety of bacterial fungi and natural safety used in food preservation preservatives.It can be widely used in food preservation and preservative In this article,Fuji apple which have gotten apple gray mold is used as a basic material to get the bacteria by separation purification.By measuring the bacterial colony diameter of separated from the apple,the spore,morbidity and enzymatic reaction of defense enzyme activity and the change of phenolic compound under living conditions.The effects of three kinds of cinnamon essential oil treatments(soaking,fumigation and coating)on apple gray mold were searched,and the results were as follows:1?The results showed that cinnamon essential oil had a strong inhibiting effect on apple gray mold,and the greater the concentration gradient of cinnamon essential oil,the more obvious inhibitory effect.At 100 mg / L cinnamon essential oil could completely inhibit the growth of gray mold bacteria growth,Spore inhibition rate gets 96.8%.2?These three ways,through soaking,fumigation of the essential oil and essential oil combined with chitosan under the condition of living,cinnamon essential oil combined with the best effect of chitosan,followed by fumigation effect inoculation of grey grapes spore after 7 days has better effect on the whole from the point of disease spot diameter and incidence and using 100 mg/L of cinnamon essential oil combined with 1% chitosan.Disease spot diameter is smaller than blank control,26.9% against 3 days condition,and this processing method delayed to 5 days.After inoculation of grey grape spores 2 days,the morbidity is 38.33% with 100 mg/L cinnamon oil immersion treatment,and then the morbidity is 35% by 100 mg/L cinnamon essential oil fumigation treatment,decreases 40%,43%,63.3% respectively compared with the blank control.3?The activity of PAL and POD in the fruits by three kinds of essential oil treatments are increased after inoculation with grey mold,and higher than compared samples.PPO activity increases rapidly compared with the normal,the fruit browning reduces,and at the same time the fruit within the content of total polyphenols and flavonoids are improved.The apple disease resistance is enhanced and the storage period prolonged.To sum up the above three kinds of 100 mg/L with cinnamon essential oil in the handling methods,cinnamon essential oil combined with chitosan shows better effect.
