Plant cuticle is located in the outermost layers of plant,it can prevent the loss of water and nutrients in plant,adjusting the gas exchange in plant,blocking the pollutants into the plant.In a word,plant cuticle is very important in protecting plant.However,just as the existing of plant cuticle,when spraying foliar fertilizer,pesticides,herbicide in plant,the absorption efficiency of them is greatly decreasing.Then how to solve this problem? Plants surfactant can change permeability of the cuticle,increasing the absorption rate of plant to plant protective agent,foliar fertilizer and growth regulators.The study selected three kinds of pesticide adjuvant,and studied their infiltration absorption in plant cuticle,and through these studies,we could know well the infiltration absorption of pesticide adjuvant in plant cuticle,which could provide the theoretical basis for further screening and development the new efficient pesticide adjuvant.Through the experiment about mixing the pesticide adjuvant with the seed dressing agent to handle wheat seed,discussing several pesticide adjuvant that we chose effects on wheat seed germination,and screening out the best type and concentration of pesticide adjuvant which could improve the wheat germination rates of seeds that disposed by seed dressing agents,to solve the problem about the impact of seed dressing agents for wheat germination;through experiments that several pesticide adjuvant permeated in wheat leaf and vitro apple cuticle membrane,and analyzing the process of penetration and absorption of pesticide adjuvant on the plant surface,and discussing the extraction and determination methods,in addition,grasping their osmotic quantity variation trends along time and concentration after spraying pesticide adjuvant on the plant surface.The objective of the research was that study results could provide the theoretical foundation for the further development and application of pesticide adjuvant.By the experiment we got the following results:(1)Those several pesticide adjuvant that we chose could promote wheat germination rate which handled by the mixture of validamycin and bacillus subtitles and imidacloprid.Among these pesticides adjuvant,the DBS,DES and TBP played a good roe in facilitating the germinations of wheat.The best kind of pesticide adjuvant was DES and its concentration was 40mg/L,under the condition of the above,the germination and germination rate of wheat achieved the best promoting effect,at this time the germination was 66%,germination rate was 89%.(2)Pesticide adjuvant DES and TBP was determined by GC.Chromatographic conditions we used as follows:DB-5ht capillary chromatographic column(30m× 0.1?m×0.32mm);FID detector;DES own test methods: temperature of vaporizing chamber: 306?,temperature of detector: 320?,flow rate of chromategraphic column: 2.00ml/min;TBP own test methods: temperature of vaporizing chamber: 300?,temperature of detector: 310?,flow rate of chromatographic column: 1.00 ml/min;both DES and TBP adopt split sampling,split ration: 20,sample loading: 1.0?l.Solvent was n-hexane,and extraction method was ultrasonic assisted extraction,which its effect was better: ultrasonic time 15 min,ultrasonic temperature 25?.(3)In wheat leaves,TBP with different concentrations had the biggest osmotic quantity and osmotic quantity gradually decreased with time extension;osmotic quantity in different time was gradually increasing with the increase of concentration;in vitro cuticle membrane,TBP and DES both reached the biggest osmotic quantity at 72h;along the increasing of concentration of adjuvant,the roughly change trend of osmotic quantity was rising in different time.The above research results could provide the foundation for the further study about mechanism of osmosis of pesticide adjuvant and development of new additives,meanwhile providing the reference for the extraction and determination of pesticide adjuvant,and laid the certain foundation for efficient utilization of pesticides.
