Soil salinization seriously affects the development of Xinjiang jujube industry.The salt tolerant ability of wild jujube which usually is used as rootstocks,directly affects plant growth and development.The experimental material are four kinds of wild jujube seedlings originated from Shaan xi,Shan xi,Hebei,Liaoning provinces respectively.By investigating a series of growth index of these seedlings like plant height,stem diameter,biomass,photosynthetic parameters determination of MDA,proline and total soluble sugar,soluble protein and physiological index of leaf under different concentrations of salt,alkali and Salt Alkali Mixed Stress,and using the membership function method of comprehensive analysis to explore the differences in salt tolerance,salt tolerance and physiological mechanism of environment to provide a theoretical basis for the screening of Salt Tolerant Rootstock of wild jujube.The main results are as follows:(1)The germination rate,germination potential and germination index of these four kinds of seedlings decrease and its relative salt damage rate increased gradually under salt stress,alkali stress and saline-alkali stress.The limit salt tolerance of wild jujube about Shaanxi,Hebei and Liaoning is 0.9%,but Shanxi wild jujube is 0.6%.Through the comprehensive analysis of four provenances of wild jujube germination capacity under salt tolerance,salt stress and saline alkali stress: Shaanxi >Hebei > Liaoning > Shanxi,alkali stress: Liaoning > Hebei >Shaanxi > Shanxi.(2)These seedlings' height and stem diameter,root,stem and total biomass are inhibited under three treatments with different concentrations throughout all growth stage in wild jujube.And they changed with the difference of provenance and stress concentrations.Under salt stress,there was no significant difference between the 0.3% kinds of source concentration on wild jujube height and stem diameter of CK,and 0.6% ~ 0.9% concentration plant height and stem diameter were significantly different compared with CK,Under the 0.3% concentration of Hebei provenance of wild jujube plant height,stem diameter and the total biomass is larger,100.2 cm,7.93 mm,56.68 g/strain.In 0.3% concentration under alkali stress,Shanxi wild jujube plant height up to 78.24 cm,Hebei wild jujube thick stems and total biomass have a maximum of 6.61 mm,39.89 g/strain.In 0.3% concentration under salt-alkaline,Shanxi wild jujube plant height up to 79.89 cm,Hebei wild jujube stem diameter and total biomass have a maximum of 7.10 mm,40.16 g/strain.Salt stress,alkali stress and salt-alkaline collaborative stress on various source of wild jujube inhibition is greater than the underground part of the ground part.In general,alkali stress of wild jujube seedling growth inhibition is the largest.(3)Under salt,alkali,and saline-alkali stress,the contents of MDA,proline and soluble protein in leaves were gradually increasing along the extension of stress time and the increase of saline alkali concentration in different provenances wild jujube,but the content of Soluble sugar and organic acid content decreased first and then increased.With the increase of stress concentrations,the initial stage of the osmotic adjustment substance concentration had little difference between later significant difference.Under stress conditions,compared to Hebei wild jujube showed stronger salt tolerance,Liaoning wild jujube is relatively weak ability to adapt to saline alkali soil.(4)Salt stress,alkali stress and saline-alkali stress inhibits photosynthesis of wild jujube,consequently its contend of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll all decreased,the chlorophyll content under alkali stress were lower than that of salt stress and salt stress.With the increase of salt stress,alkali stress and saline-alkali stress,the Gs and Ci value of leaves of wild jujube were decreased in different provenances,probably due to stomatal factors;The results showed that the Gs value decreased and Ci value increased in 0.9% alkali stress of provenances wild jujube leaves and in saline-alkali stress Liaoning wild jujube leaves.The reason was probably caused by non-stomatal factors(5)By evaluating comprehensively the seed germination index,seedling growth index,physiological index and photosynthetic parameters of the four different provenances of wild jujube,the salt tolerance of wild jujube seedling order is: Hebei > Shanxi > Shaanxi > Liaoning,in summary,Hebei provenances of jujube seedling salt tolerance ability.
