Rice(Oryza sativa)is one of the main crops in the southern region of Shaanxi,the main way is planting rice rape rotation system.The main biological quantity of rhizosphere soil microorganisms includes bacteria,fungi and actinomyces.In a certain proportion of changes in soil environment and the number of the three groups reflect the level of soil biological activity in the environment,and has become an important factor in soil fertility,a key link to study the relationship between plant and soil.In the rhizosphere is mainly dominated by bacteria,the study collected two species of cropping system of rice five stage,tillering stage and booting stage in three different growth periods of rhizosphere soil in Hengkou town of Ankang city,Ningqiang and Chenggu town of Hanzhong city.This paper is mainly through the pure culture methods to explore the rotation system of rice rhizosphere soil bacteria diversity and used the conventional method to assay some physical and chemical properties and nutrient elements in rhizosphere soil of rice.At the same time,the paper used a simple morphological observation and 16 S rRNA sequence’s methods of molecular biology analysis diversity in rhizosphere soil bacteria.The main conclusions are as follows:In Hengkou town of Ankang city,Kyou 082 at the 5-leaf stage got the 5 phylum 9 genera of the rhizosphere bacteria,at the tillering stage got 4 phylum 6 genera and at the booting stage got 2 phylum 6 genera,Kyou 082 add up to 18 genera;Xianfengyou 901 at the 5-leaf stage got 4 phylum 5 genera of the rhizosphere bacteria,at the tillering stage got 2 phylum 4genera and at the booting stage 2 phylum 6 genera,with a total of 12 genera.In Chenggu town of Hanzhoung city,Kyou 082 at the 5-leaf stage got 2 phylum 7 genera,at the tillering stage got 3 phylum 3 genera and at the booting got 3 phylum and 5 genera,with a total of 12 genera;Xianfengyou 901 at the 5-leaf stage got the 3 phylum 10 genera,at the tillering stage got rhizosphere bacteria 3 phylum 5 genera and at the booting stage got 3phylum and 8 genera,with a total of 19 rhizosphere bacteria genera.In Ningqiang town of Hanzhoung city,Kyou 082 at the 5-leaf got the 4 phylum 8 genera,at the tillering stage got the 3 phylum 6 genera and at the booting stage got 2 phylum and 5genera,with a total of 16 rhizosphere bacteria genera;Xianfengyou 901 at the 5-leaf got the 2phylum 4 genera,at tillering stage got 2 door 6 genera of rhizosphere bacteria and at the booting stage got 3 phylum 7 genera,Xianfengyou 901 add up to 12 genera.According to the data found that the three different regions of dominant rice rhizosphere bacteria is the Firmicutes in Bacillus.With the rice growing,through the analysis of the trend of the main soil physical and chemical properties and the elements and rice rhizosphere bacteria diversity fully shows that the soil factor content and species synthetically effect the diversity of rhizosphere soil bacteria.There is a correlation between the two.
