How to reduce the nutrient loss during the composting process has been the focus of scholars at home and abroad.Biochar has good pore structure,large surface area and highly aromatic,so in the process of composting with biochar to reduce nutrient loss during the composting process has a positive effect.This experiment adopt high-temperature aerobic fermentation,using chicken manure the main raw material,the biological carbon as additives.Research the nutrient loss and changes of microbial diversity during composting.The results show that:(1)Biochar,pyroligneous,agents have significant influence on the pile temperature,compared with the control treatment.Biochar,pyroligneous and agent can make the pile temperature rise fast,advance into the high temperature period,accelerate the whole composting process.Biochar can significantly improve the compost moisture,reduce water evaporation during composting.Biological carbon content is higher,the compost in water decreased,water retention effect is more obvious.(2)Add pyroligneous can reduce the composting process pH value in certain extent,but adding biochar treatment pH increased rapidly and the pH value higher.Different biochar mass added in compost has different pH value.Adding biochar,microbial inoculum were the compost can be increased EC value.The additive microbial inoculum 2 and biochar treatment compared with the control improve significantly.Different biochar mass added in compost has no significant difference of EC.(3)Add a pyroligneous treatment had no significant effect on the change of organic matter content,but the addition of biochar,microbial inoculum compost organic matter content compared with the control treatment decreased quickly,at the end of composting of organic matter consumption bigger compared with the control treatment.The composting of total phosphorus,total potassium,available phosphorus,available potassium content increased gradually.Compared with the control treatment,the increase rate of biochar treatment was faster and bigger than that of the control.(4)At the end of composting.Adding biochar,pyroligneous,microbial inoculum compost total nitrogen content of the heap has significantly increased,and significantly higher than the control treatment.Different biochar mass content increase was different.B15 treatment > B10 treatment > B5 treatment.The high temperature period adding biochar,pyroligneous,microbial inoculum treatment ammonia nitrogen content was higher than the control treatment.The more biochar mass added the higher ammonia nitrogen content was.The nitrate nitrogen content change in the same trend,high biochar added the amount of nitrate nitrogen content in compost increased obviously,lower biochar is added in compost effect is not obvious.(5)When the content of biochar is high,the carbon and nitrogen contents of microbial biomass were improved obviously compared with other treatments meanwhile maintained the significantly higher level than the control at the end of the composting.The amount of carbon and nitrogen in the microbial biomass increased rapidly after the adding of bacteria within composting,however only slightly higher than that of the control at the end of composting.(6)The addition of biochar could significantly reduce the volatilization of ammonia during composting.In the high temperature.Compare with other treatment adding biochar treatment the volatilization rate of ammonia was decreased by 11.43%~37.97%.During composting,only adding biochar treatment ammonia volatilization was lower than that without adding biochar treatment.Adding microbial inoculum treatment ammonia nitrogen content increased significantly in high temperature period,but the compost mid-term ammonia volatilization decreased rapidly.The results indicated that composting environmental indicators of the composting process were significantly improve by the addition of biochar,wood vinegar and bacteria,accelerating the composting process and reducing environmental pollution in the mean time.In other respects,the adding of biochar and wood vinegar were effectively reducing the loss of nutrient in compost especially the nitrogen nutrition,the same microbial promotion,microbial diversity and activity for instance were taken place with the addition of biochar and bacteria.
