Study On The Synergistic Effects Of Vitamin E And Vitamin C Demand And Their Diet Of Juvenile Nibea Albiflora | | Posted on:2018-10-30 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:D X Chen | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2323330515476888 | Subject:Agricultural extension | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | In the present study,feeding trials were conducted to determine the effect of dietary vitamin C and E on on the growth performance,body composition,antioxidant properties,non-specific immunity and antibacterial properties of Nibea albiflora.The results can be briefly summarized as follows: 1.Effects of vitamin E on growth performance,antioxidant capacity,immune performance and disease resistance of juvenile Nibea albiflora.An 8-week feeding trial was conducted to determine the effect of dietary vitamin E on yellow drum Nibea albiflora(initial weight 32.32±0.26 g).Six practical diets were formulated containing vitamin E 0、20、40、80、160、320 mg/kg diet.The results showed that the weight gain and specific growth rate of fish fed 69.4 mg / kg diet were significantly higher compared with the control group(P <0.05).When the content of vitamin E in the diet was 36.2 mg / kg,the activity of T-SOD was the highest,the content of MDA was the lowest,and the antioxidant activity was significantly higher.When the level of vitamin E in the diet was 69.4 mg / kg,the immunity and disease resistance of yellow drum were stronger.The dietary vitamin E requirement of the juvenile yellow drum was established based on broken-line model of weight gain to be 68.75 mg / kg in the diet.2.Effects of vitamin C on growth performance,body composition,antioxidant capacity and disease resistance of juvenile Nibea albiflora.A 9-week feeding trial was conducted to determine the effect of dietary vitamin C on yellow drum Nibea albiflora(initial weight 33.26±0.45 g).Six practical diets were formulated containing vitamin C 2.1,45.3,89.6,132.4,178.6 and 547.1 mg/kg diet supplied as L-ascorbyl-2-monophosphate.The results showed that the addition of 547.1 mg / kg vitamin C in feed significantly increased the weight gain,survival rate and specific growth rate compared with the control group(P <0.05).Dietary supplementation of 132.4 mg / kg Vitamin C was beneficial to increase the crude fat levels of fish body.When the diet was added with 547.1 mg / kg vitamin C,the activity of T-SOD and CAT in the liver of the juvenile Nibea albiflora was the highest,and the content of MDA in the liver and serum was lower,at present,the antioxidant ability of juvenile Nibea albiflora was stronger.The results of the challenge test showed that Feeding 45.3~547.1 mg / kg vitamin C diet could significantly improve the disease resistance of juvenile Nibea albiflora.Finally,the dietary vitamin C requirement of the juvenile yellow drum was established based on broken-line model of weight gain rate to be 142.2 mg / kg in the diet.3.Effects of vitamin C and E on growth performance,body composition,antioxidant capacity and disease resistance of juvenile Nibea albiflora.An 8-week feeding trial was conducted to determine the effect of dietary vitamin E and vitamin C on growth performance,body composition,antioxidant capacity and disease resistance of yellow drum Nibea albiflora(initial weight 31.96±0.25 g).Six practical diets were formulated containing 0E/500C、50E/500C、200E/500C、0E/1000C、50E/1000C、200E/1000 C mg/kg diet.The results showed that different levels of vitamin E and vitamin C had no synergistic effect on the growth performance and disease resistance of Nibea albiflora,and only had some synergistic effect on some immune indexes and antioxidant.The blood NBT activity of fish fed 50E/500 C and 200 E / 500 C diet were significantly higher,the activity of serum lysozyme in 50 E / 500 C and 200 E / 1000 C groups were significantly higher,the serum AKP activity of 50 E / 500 C and 0E / 1000 C groups were significantly higher,combined with the results of challenge test,and ultimately that,in the present study,fish fed diets with 50 mg / kg of vitamin E and 500 mg / kg of vitamin C can obtain good growth performance,immunity and strong disease resistance. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Nibea albiflora, vitamin E, vitamin C, growth performance, antioxidant capacity, non-specific immunity, disease resistance | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
