Research On Designing Plant Community With Plants Life Characters Of Wuhan Parks

For the continuation of dimai and culture context and the improvement of environment quality,plantscape is indispensable.Plants have life characters,aesthetic characters,spatial characters,and cultural characters,life characters is the fundamental characters.The study,from the perspective of plant life characters,to explore the conditions that plant community have healthy stable structure and reasonable phase change characteristics,as well as the function and aesthetic effect on which it can provide.Plant life characters refers to the biological characteristics and ecological habits of plants,it has the characteristics of changing from time to time,and is influenced by growth and development cycle and external environmental factors,also it behaves growth form and phase change.Referring to the level 1 tree health standards in the CITY-green model user manual.A total of 41 plant communities in the park green space of Wuhan were selected to survey the plant community characteristics(vegetation type,structure level,phase change,user behavior)and the individual characteristics of the community(growth form,quantity,crown width,diameter at breast height).Then The species composition and vegetation type of the whole plant community were analyzed,and the differences in the characterization,function and using-frequency of plant communities under different vertical structures were compared.The results show that:(1)The plant community is similar to its zonal vegetation in species composition and community structure,and has obvious regional vegetation characteristics of subtropical humid climate.(2)Native trees with strong adaptability and resistance,good ecological benefits and aesthetic effects were chosen.(3)Seasonal changes are rich,seasonal changes were focused on deciduous tree species discoloration and leaf-expansion,moreover the viewing or display community will emphasize the leaves of fruit changes.(4)The plant community of park green space has the function of satisfying the public activity and connecting environment organically.(5)In the "Tree canopy-Shrub thicket-Field layer" vertical structure community,the limbic community is more suitable for static activities.In the "Tree canopy-Field layer" vertical structure community,woodland pastureis is more suitable for dynamic activities;The "Tree canopy-Shrub thicket" vertical structure community has less activity.The plant community construction strategies from the perspective of plant life characters were proposed :(1)while fully considering the climatic conditions,geographic distribution,regional culture,the zonal vegetation,native tree species,the "City flower and City tree" is preferred.(2)the plant community layout and composition are suitable for species,community,season,surface coverage of multiple unification,as well as staging planning and dynamic management and protection.
