As one of the four largest fruits in the world,apple is popular all over the world.In China,apple is the largest and highest yield fruit variety.With the continuous development of the apple industry,Apple's quality improvement and cost control has become an urgent problem to be solved.The amount of apple flowers is large,the large amount of fruit in nature,wasting tree nutrition,not only affects the fruit quality of the year,but also it is easy to cause the phenomenon that the large number of flowers,the empty fruit rate is low,resulting in the following year is difficult in flowering.Thinning is one of the most important apple in the actual production management measures,it has increased the fruit set rate,fruit weight,adjust the amount of fruit tree's load,and it has a very important role in promoting the intensive,efficient and stable production targets.At present,China's apple mainly take artificial flowers thinning fruit,but artificial flowers thinning labor costs,and the use of chemical agents to carry out thinning fruit can effectively improve the situation.Therefore,this experiment is based on the Loess Plateau,producing high-quality ecological site conditions,selection of Naphthalene Acetic Acid,Calcium-Formic Acid compound and Soybean Oil three kinds of flower thinning agent to study chemical flower thinning on the ‘Gala'and ‘Fuji'fruit setting and quality influence.In this experiment,three kinds of concentration gradient were set,and the spraying was carried out on the second day and the fourth day after the first flowering period.At the same time,the water and artificial sprinkling were used as reference.Cluster Fruit Set Rate,Total Flower Fruit Set Rate,Single/Double Fruit Set Rate,Empty Fruit Rate as the main evaluation index,supplemented by fruit sensory quality evaluation.Through the systematic data processing analysis,the following results are achieved:1.As for the 5-year-old Gala / M26 from the root anvil,we found that the cluster fruit set rate could effectively reach to 66.7%,71.7% and 58.3% respectively at the concentration of 10 mg / L naphthalene acetic acid,10 g / L calcium-formic acid compound and 30 g / L soybean oil.They were close to the artificial sparse(62.3%);2.As for the 9-year-old Gala / Xinjiang wild apple anvil,we found that the cluster fruit set rate could effectively reach to 68.4%,72.9% and 58.7% respectively at the concentration of 10 mg / L naphthalene acetic acid,10 g / L calcium-formic acid compound and 30 g / L soybean oil.They were close to the artificial sparse(62.5%);3.As for the 5-year-old Fuji / M26 from the root anvil,we found that the cluster fruit set rate could effectively reach to 70.3%,56.3% and 54.9% respectively at the concentration of 10 mg / L naphthalene acetic acid,10 g / L calcium-formic acid compound and 30 g / L soybean oil.They were close to the artificial sparse(57.8%);4.As for the 9-year-old Fuji / Xinjiang wild apple anvil,we found that the cluster fruit set rate could effectively reach to 62.3%,64.3% and 68.4% respectively at the concentration of 10 mg / L naphthalene acetic acid,10 g / L calcium-formic acid compound and 30 g / L soybean oil.They were close to the artificial sparse(64.6%);5.Compared with the artificial flower,the flower thinning agent in effective thinning and no negative effect on the sensory quality of fruit.6.On the actual use of convenience and the effect of terms,10 g/L level of calcium-formic acid compound is the most convenient to put into production..
