With the development of economy and acceleration of urbanization,many kinds of construction activities have been greatly increased,and these settings may caused prolonged ecological degradation,and exhibit various types of dysfunctionality including a propensity for erosion.Usually,the conditions of these wound were adverse,not only changed the original terrain and landforms,decreased the stability and fertility of the soil,but also changed the climate in local area,which caused the serious damage to the environment.The engineering wound has urgent needs to be restored to governance,and the traditional vascular plant measures are often unsuitable or inefficient.This study based on the previous simulation of our research group,and simulated the green landscaping spraying technology,in order to find a fast recovery technology on field engineering wound with moss biocrusts and to provide effective solutions for prevention of engineering application of biological crusts.The main conclusions are as follows:In the nutrient solution,water retaining agent and plant growth regulator three factor experiment,the effects of nutrient solution on the growth and development of moss biocrusts were obvious,and the water retaining agent's and plant growth regulators' were not in its growth process,in other words,the nutrient solution is the key affecting factor.Therefore,Hoagland nutrition – water retaining agent-plant growth regulator was the best combination of cultivation for the all growth index.At the end cultivation of this treatment,the coverage,plant density,plant height and biomass of moss biocrusts were respectively: 96.45%,156.86 strains/cm2,1.63 mm and 19.62 ug /cm2.In the second stage of the experiment,both nutrient solution and shade had significant influence on the growth of moss biocrusts,but the positive effect of nutrient solution only worked under certain soil moisture and air humidity conditions.In the hot summer,shade just provides the conditions and it is necessary to use the shade net.Therefore,Hoagland nutrition + shade net(70% cover)was the best combination of cultivation for the all growth index.At the end cultivation of this treatment,the coverage,plant density,plant height and biomass of moss biocrusts were respectively: 72.49%,56.94 strains/cm2,2.57 mm and 15.33ug/cm2.The two stage experiments showed that the rapid recovery of moss biocrusts in field by seeding inoculation was feasible,and the cultivation effect of autumn was better than summer.But through comparison,we can see that the growth index of moss biocrusts in the first stage is better than the second stage.Therefore,combined the test results of the two stages,the best combination recommend for field cultivation of moss biocrusts is: mixed moss biocrusts stem leaf fragments(700g/cm2)+Hoagland nutrition(2.1L/m2,7 days/ times)+ wood fiber(100g/cm2)+ binder(3g/cm2)+ water(2.1 L/m2).If the planting time is summer,we can use the shade net(70% cover)to improve the survival rate.At present,the technology of spraying has been more mature,and the field cultivation technique of moss biocrusts has been studied.So the spray seeding moss biocrusts can be a supplementary way in addition to traditional forest grass measures and engineering measures abroad.
