The Shine-Muscat grape was introduced from Japan and cultivated in Yangling,shaanxi province.The introduced performances,influence on the grape with different treatments such as plant growth regulator,bagging for the grape,different leaves retention of Shine-Muscat were studied in this work.The results are as follows:1.The cultivated performance of the 全hine-Muscat' grape in YanglingThe 全hine-Muscat' grape germinate in April 7,flowers in May 7,and mature in August 25.Cone-shaped fruit clusters,moderate loose of fruit variants,single mature fruit showed oval shape,less fruit powder,golden color with a fine gloss.The soluble solids content is 17.59 % and the acid content is 0.44 g/L,with rose fragrance and no acerbity.2.Effects of plant growth regulators on grape fruit qualityApplications of different concentrations of GA3 and CPPU enlarge the fruits of the 全hine-Muscat' grape.The best effect was obtained when 50 mg/L GA3 and 2 mg/L CPPU was dipped which makes fruit weight,diameter of vertical and transverse increased by 1.85 g,6.4 mm and 5.0 mm respectively.In addition,the soluble solids content were reduced by 0.51 % while the acid content was increased by 0.14 g/L.In summary,the plant regulators increased fruit yields and have little negative effects on fruit quality which makes no difference on the comprehensive benefits in consideration of yield increased.3.Effects of fruit bagging on fruit quality of 全hine-Muscat'Grape was clusters were bagged at35 days after flowering with three different treatments: specialized bags,single-layer newspaper bags and double-layer newspaper bags.The results are as follows: The fruit with bagging treatments showed good appearance with uniform fruit powder,bright and clean surface.In addition,dehiscent fruit rate is lower in bagging treatment than the control.There are little differences on the appearance and powder,fruit grain weight between specialized bags and newspaper bags.However,obvious differences were tested in the soluble solids content(TSS)and acid content,especially TSS紡cid ratio.Therefore we recommend using the grape bags in agricultural production.4.Effect of different leaves retention on the grape fruit qualityThe soluble solids content were 18.47 %,18.07 %,17.40 %,17.08 % respectively,when 13,11,9,7 leaves retention were applied to support a fruit cluster.The more leaves retained,the better quality of grape fruit achieved within certain leaves retention.Considering the scaffolding space is limited,13 leaves for a fruit cluster is the best and it also should be adjusted according to the practical situation.5.Grape anniversary management technologyFocus on the anniversary of management,Water the grapes in time such as Seven days before the stages in germination,10 days before anthesis,15 days after flowering,the day after fruit harvest and before the Frozen.Combination of watering and fertilization every time.Prevention of plant diseases and insect pest,fruit trees pruning in time.
