1.Shine Muscat,nicknamed Chardonnay Muscat,was a diploid grape obtained from the crossing of Steuben Muscat(V.labruscana Bailey)×Alexandria(V.vinifera)in 1988 with Akitsu-21 as female parent and V.vinifera(V.vinifera L.)as male parent of Katta Kurgan and Kaiji.Hybrids,introduced by Shanghai Agricultural Industry and Commerce Modern Agricultural Park Development Co.,Ltd.from Japan Plant Source Grape Research Institute in 2009,passed the identification of new varieties in Shanghai in 2014.The Shine-Muscat grape germinated in April 10,flowers in May 20,and matured in September 17.Flowering period was 12 days,and the fruit was from turning color to ripening for 20 days.After ripening,the panicle was conical,the average length and width of the panicle was 24.6 cm×17.8 cm,the fruit shape index of grape was between 1.05 and 1.20,the grape grain was ellipsoid,the pericarp was yellow-green,the fruit powder was thin and uniform,with a strong rose fragrance,and the good fresh taste.2.Comparing the single-arm hedge and V-frame of Shine-Muscat Grape,it was found that there was no significant difference in vine growth.As a result of higher Vc content and sugar-acid ratio,which was more conducive to accumulate better fresh food quality,the single-arm hedge leaves have less shade and longer illumination time.3.Compared with the planting density of 0.5 m×2 m row spacing,the ear weight,fruit weight,soluble solids content,Vc content and nutritive quality of fruits in 1 m×2 m test group increased by 9.3%,7.45%,5.23%,6.33% and 1 m×2 m test group were more abundant.4.The influence on the appearance and internal quality of fruit was great by different fruit thinning degree.The bigger the fruit thinning degree with the better the fruit character.When fruit thinning was 1/2,the number of retained fruit grains per panicle was 50-80,the fruit weight gain was obvious,the fruit shape index was better,the soluble solids was 20.37 °Bx,the total sugar content was 18.48%,which was more conducive to the accumulation of sugar.5.The fruit size and firmness were slightly affected by different degrees of pinching spike tip,and the accumulation of nutrients was more affected.The fruit Vc content of Shine-Muscat Grape treated with 1/3 of pinching spike tip was 2.86 mg/100 g,which was the highest among the experimental groups,but had no significant effect on the sweet and sour taste of the fruit.6.During the production of greenhouse,when the new shoots were pulled out 5-10 cm,one strong branch was selected and the rest was erased.When shoots growed to about 30-40 cm,they were fused on the shelf to distribute as evenly as possible,and the shoots were picked at the same time.The main spreading vine was controlled below 20 cm above the grape trellis,fruiting branch retained 7-9 leaves to pick the heart,sprouting shoot retained 5-7 leaves to pick the heart.In greenhouse production process,lime: sulfur: water=1:2:10 should be used to prevent powdery mildew before germination.Light should be supplemented when entering flowering facilities.The lamp power was 200 w,12 hours a day.Attention should be paid to fertilizer and water management and daily work such as wiping buds,twigs,tendrils.
