Gaoyou is one of the country's largest breeding base of roche spermatogenesis,in recent years,with the constant improvement breeding density,each to the breeding season,frequent algae outbreak.This research according to the aquaculture pond water quality determines the optimum dosage of different agents to remove algae,under the condition of static and dynamic comparison of the different agents and pressure processing to remove algae in algae removal effect;Blue-green algae in order to solve the roche spermatogenesis aquaculture ponds,harm,surrounding water environment pollution problem,the construction control area of 100 mu of deep well circulation processing demonstration project.The main research conclusions are as follows:?1?When NaCIO dosage quantity is 2 mg/L,The net production of oxygen fell to-7.94 mg/?L·d?;Chlorophyll a,compared with the blank sample was reduced by 56.65%,55.28%less than 24 h before,considering biological risk,economic factors,such as choice of 0.2 mg/L for the best o-phenylenediamine of NaClO.When CuSO4 dosage quantity is 0.3 mg/L,after 3 days the chlorophyll a in glass bottles compared with raw water was reduced by 84.30%,compared with the blank sample was reduced by 84.75%;15 days later the chlorophyll in glass bottles compared with raw water was reduced by 99.03%,compared with the blank samples was reduced by 99.5%,so choose 0.3 mg/L for the best o-phenylenediamine of CuSO4.?2?Static water pressure treatment and simulated deep water cycle not only can make the balloon burst algal cells to control algae growth,keeping a number of algae in a very low level so as to achieve the purpose of reduce COD,TN,TP,also prevent algae cell is broken,and avoid intracellular material leaking into the water;With NaCIO and CuSO4 treatment can control algae growth in the agreed upon period of time,but the short duration of the former and the latter works slowly,at the same time will both cause algal cells intracellular material leakage pollution water quality,so the different methods of algae control and advantages and disadvantages for water quality improvement:simulated deep water circulation treatment?static water pressure treatment?>CuSO4 treatment>NaClO treatment.?3?Deep water circulation processing demonstration project can break the cyanobacteria's airbag under the action of water pressure in the deep,losing air buoyancy of algae growth cannot be suspended in the water,but to sink to the bottom die.Early in the algae growth cycle,algae growth will not be able to reproduce,so as to control the algae bloom.After dealing with the deep water circulation chlorophyll a concentration decreased by 69%,the total number of algal cells decreased by 92%;Main control of algal growth and microcystin algae ratio from 43%to 14%in the early,belong to the cyanophyta oscillatoria due to loss of algal competition,proportion increased to 46%,from 6%in the early dominant effects.Aquaculture water quality is greatly improved,compared with the control pond,COD,TP,TN was reduced by 54.5%,46.2%and 56.3%,respectively,reduces the breeding drainage pollution to the surrounding water.Deep water circulation system operation cost for each breeding pond annually for about 900 yuan,5000 yuan is far less than using chlorine dioxide effervescent tablets,and less pollution to the environment.
