| The aquaculture water were severely damaged with the development of aquaculture industry.At present,The method of removing sodium nitrite by reduction method has many advantages and greater development prospects,So a more effective and economical reduction method should be explored.In this paper,the research of the chemical treatment and biological treatment methods are mainly carried out in two aspects of the aquaculture water to remove the sodium nitrite method.In the study of sodium nitrite chemical removal method of aquaculture water in the 1 liters of sodium nitrite was 0.5mg/L water as a benchmark,using iron powder,iron powder,zinc powder,thiourea dioxide as experimental reducing agent.Reduced iron powder,iron powder,zinc removal of sodium nitrite in the experiment results show that the best removal effect of zinc powder,zinc powder by 6mg acid treated,the p H value is 6,the concentration of sodium nitrite(n)was 0.2811mg/L,the removal rate is 43.76%,but the cost of removal can reach requirements.High.In sodium nitrite removal of thiourea dioxide in the experiment,according to the different dosage,different pH value and different additive conditions for experiments,the results show that the amount of thiourea dioxide 7Mg,pH value is 8.5 when the concentration of sodium nitrite(n)was 0.2068mg/L,the removal rate reached 58.62%,can meet the needs of removal.The biological removal method of sodium nitrite in aquaculture water,to identify with sodium nitrite bacteria first using malachite green stain method,selected can realize nitrite removal of Bacillus,and through the analysis method of removing Compound Bacterium BD6 was finally chosen20%,5% BZ5 and 75% VZ5 of Vibrio alginolyticus to sodium nitrite in aquaculture water can get the best effect.After using the composite agent on sodium nitrite in aquaculture water cultured for 24 hours,the OD value of bacteria reached 0.659,sodium nitrite removal rate reached 87.51%;in the training of 72 hours,the OD value of bacteria reached 0.461,sodium nitrite removal rate reached 98.37%,indicating a biological rate are better removal rate and long sodium nitrite.The content of polyvinyl alcohol is 7%,and the content of sodium alginate is 2%.Finally,using quartz powder as carrier,adding quartz powder in the composite pellets,and through orthogonal test showed that after adding quartz powder in the composite pellet,sodium nitrite can improve the removal rate of aquaculture water.In this paper,based on the use of chemical method to realize the method of the removal of sodium nitrite in aquaculture water,this paper studies the method of using biological treatment to achieve the removal of sodium nitrite.The research of this paper provides a complete solution for the removal of sodium nitrite in aquaculture water,which provides a favorable support for the development of the aquaculture industry in China. |
