China's coal industry each year a large number of fly ash,silicon calcium slag,coal gangue and other coal-based solid waste.Coal combustion is still the main use of coal in China,Application market or no breakthrough to building materials based pattern,A large number of coal-based solid waste can not be effectively used,Will cause great harm to the environment.In this experiment,coal-based solid waste and cow dung as the matrix coupling bio-geological fertilizer,the effects of geological fertilizers on the physicochemical properties and microbial community structure of sand were studied by pot culture and field planting.The main results are as follows:Through the indoor pot experiment shows that the use of coal-based solid waste and cow dung prepared by the geological fertilizer can effectively improve the soil fertility,improve the productivity of sand levels,the survival rate and growth activity of sunflower were greatly improved.A single indicator of the growth of sunflower can not represent the soil production level well,The sandy soils treated with different geological fertilizers were evaluated and sorted by principal analysis method.In the 40%coal-based solid waste fertilizer(A)and 50%coal-based solid waste fertilizer(B)two kinds of substrates in the growth of good condition,and fertilizer and sand ratio of 2:9 the best.Microbial agents can effectively promote the effectiveness of geological fertilizers,the application of fly ash and calcium calcium slag for the geological fertilizer of sand,at the same time with microbial agents,Soil bulk density decreased by 10.00%?20.00%,sandy soil moisture content increased by 5-10 times,pH decreased slightly,tend to neutral.It can be seen that geological fertilizers and microbial agents have a certain effect on soil modification.The amount of soil microbes in 40%coal-based solid waste(A),50%coal-based solid waste(B),and 60%coal-based solid waste(C)by means of dilution coating plate method research,the results showed that the treatment with 50%coal-based solid waste(B)the highest number of microorganisms,the application of microbial agents can significantly increase the number of microbes,the number of bacteria up to 2.1×105cfu/g wet soil.The number of microbes was significantly correlated with the content of soil nitrogen and phosphorus,and there was no significant correlation with other physical and chemical properties.Therefore,the more suitable the plant growth of the soil contains the higher the number of microorganisms,the higher the soil nutrient content.The microbial community structure and diversity of field soils were analyzed by high-throughput sequencing,which indicated that the application of geological fertilizers and microbial agents changed the community composition of soil microbes,the rich index sobs are much higher than the control pure sand treatment;Among them,50%coal-based solid waste fertilizer(B)of the soil microbial diversity is higher,the community composition is rich,which is consistent with the growth of sunflower,It is proved that the growth and development of microorganisms,community composition and diversity can be used to reflect the advantages and disadvantages of different geological fertilizers.
