This paper mainly studies the use of ramie in its effect and way,and provides a reference for the reasonable utilization of ramie.These mainly include the following three parts:Part one:In this experiment,the feeding value of ramie leaf,ramie whole plant and defibered ramie were evaluated by in vitro gas production method and nylon bag method.The ramie leaves,ramie whole plant,and defibered ramie were used to determined 72 hours dynamic gas production by in vitro gas production and than obtained gas production's parameters.At the same time,the above three materials were applied to measure DM,CP,NDF and ADF degradation rate for nylon bag experiments,and obtained degradated parameters.In the experiment of in vitro gas production,the results showed that at 72 h the ramie whole plant was higher for the cumulatively fermentated gas production and the theoretical maximum gas production,significantly higher than defibered ramie(P<0.05).The ramie leaves was in middle and defibered ramie lowest,the ramie leaf to ramie whole plant and defibered ramie were not significantly different(P>0.05).In the experiment of nylon bag techniques,at the time of 72 h,the DM's,CP's,NDF's and ADF's degradation rate were ramie leaves>ramie whole plant>defibered ramie.The effectively degradated rate of DM,NDF,ADF were also ramie leaves>ramie whole plant>defibered ramie.However,when it came to effectively degradated rate of CP,ramie whole plant were the best,and its residuals were the lowest,ramie leaves in the middle.Ramie leaves and ramie whole plant utilization effect is superior to that of defibered ramie.Part two:In this experiment the defibered ramie hay with different proportion was used as diet's materials of goats to explore the feeding effect of different proportion of ramie and the suitable addition amount.The test selected 20 good physical condition,similar weight of Liuyang black goat,which were randomly divided into four groups,with 5 replications per group and each repeat 1 goat.The experiment with the control group without adding ramie TO(basic diet 24%rice straw +36%alfalfa),T30(24%rice straw+25.2%alfalfa+10.8%ramie),T60(24%rice straw+14.4%alfalfa+21.6%ramie),T100(24%rice straw+0%alfalfa+36%ramie)conducted 54 days,pre feeding period of 14 days and the experimental period of 40 days.The the growth performance,rumen internal environment environmental indicates in the rumen,blood index,slaughter performance,nutrient digestibility and meat traits index of goats were determined.1)The results showed that net weight,average daily gain and average daily intake were T100>T0>T60>T30,with no significant difference(P>0.05),the ratio of feed to weight gain was T100<T0<T60<T30,with no significant difference(P>0.05),so only feeding ramie is superior to the control group on growth performance.2)The results showed that the control group,T30,T60 and T100 had no significant difference on NH3-N content,total VFA content,acetic acid content,propionic acid content and the ratio of acetic acid and propionic acid(P>0.05),so ramie had similar effect with alfalfa on rumen fermentation when feeded goats.3)The results showed that the effects of dietary supplementation of ramie hay on urea content and triglyceride in blood was significantly different(P<0.05),the content of urea in T100 was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05)and the content of triglyceride in T60 and T100 was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).4)The results showed that the effects of dietary supplementation of ramie hay on digestibilities of CP,Ash,NDF and ADF were significantly different(P<0.05),the order was T0>T30>T60>T100.5)The results showed that the effects of dietary supplementation of ramie hay on the slaughter rate,the visceral weight and the eye muscle area were not significantly different(P>0.05).6)The results showed that the effects of dietary supplementation of ramie hay on meat quality indexes were no significantly different(P>0.05).Overall,the effect of feeding ramieand feeding alfalfa to goat was similar,and did not affect the growth performance of goats,although the nutrient digestibility of feeding ramie was worse than alfalfa.Therefore,ramie has good utilization effect in goats.Part three:In this part we discuss the utilization effect of different processing of ramie in goats and test reasonable utilization ways of ramie in goat production.The experiment designed for 2*2 factors,factor 1 for ramie processing for ramie silage and ramie hay,factor 2 for dealing with ramie's fiber for ramie and defibered ramie.The test selected 32 good physical condition,similar weight of Liuyang black goat,and were randomly divided into four groups,with 8 replicates and each replicate 1 goat.There were treatment 1 for defibered ramie salige-SD,treatment 2 for ramie salige-SF,treatment 3 for the defibered ramie hay-HD,treatment 4 for ramie hay-HF.The test conducted with period of 54 days,pre feeding period of 14 days,the experimental period of 40 days.The growth performance,rumen internal environment environmental indicates in the rumen,blood index,slaughter performance,nutrient digestibility and meat traits index of goats were determined.1)The results showed that the effect of different processing ways of ramie on net weight,average daily feed intake and the ratio of feed and weight gain were not significant difference(P>0.05),but had significant interact effect on ADG(P<0.05).2)The results showed that the effect of different processing ways of ramie on NH3-N content,total VFA content,acetic acid content,the propionic acid content and the ratio of acetic acid and propionic acid in rumen were not significant difference(P>0.05).3)The results showed that different processing ways of ramie had interact effect on the content of AST,UREA,TG and P in the blood.The dealing of ramie had significant effect on the content of GLB and LDLC in the blood(P<0.05),with ramie hay groups significant higer than ramie salige groups(P<0.05).The dealing of ramie's fiber had significant effect on the content of LDLC in the blood(P<0.05),with defibered ramie groups significantly higer than ramie groups(P<0.05).4)The dealing of ramie and the dealing of ramie's fiber respectively had siginificant effect on digestibilities of DM,CP,NDF and ADF(P<0.05),with ramie hay groups siginificant higer than ramie silage groups(P<0.05),and ramie groups significantly higher than defibered ramie groups(P<0.05).In addition,the dealing of ramie hag significant effect on digestibility of Ash(P<0.05),with ramie hay groups siginificant higer than ramie silage groups(P<0.05).5)The results showed that different processing ways of ramie had no significant effect on slaughter performance(P>0.05).6)The dealing of ramie's fiber had greater impact on the meat quality index.Defibered ramie groups were significantly higher than ramie groups on pH45min(P<0.05),with contrary trend to pH24h which were ramie groups significantly higher than defibered ramie groups(P<0.05).Defibered ramie groups were significantly higher than ramie groups on the muscles of different parts of the red a*and yellow b*in time of 45min and 24h(P<0.05),with contrary trend to the brightness L*which were ramie groups significant higher than defibered ramie groups(P<0.05).The dealing of ramie's fiber had significant effect on crude protein content,and part of amino acid content,part of fatty acid content of muscle(P<0.05),with defibered ramie groups significantly higher than that of ramie groups(P<0.05).
