In order to solve the problem of high content of lignocellulose for feeding ramie,it is difficult to degrade, thus affecting the nutritional quality of feeding ramie. In this study, the PDA-aniline blue colorimetric method and the determination of lignocellulose degradation rate were used to screen the strains that efficiently degraded the ramie lignocellulose, and the silage effect was determined by feeding ramie silage test. The problems of reducing the content of lignocellulose in forage ramie and improving the quality of forage ramie silage were discussed. The main findings and conclusions are as follows:1.Two strains of lignocellulose degrading bacteria, named L5 and L6,were screened from the rotten soil of ramie field.A fungus was selected from the solid fermentation sample of ramie and named Z1.The hemicellulose degradation ability of strains L5 and L6 was the best, with degradation rates of 56.44% and 54.25% respectively;the cellulose degradation ability of strains L6 and Z1 was the best, with degradation rates of 37.84% and 37.73% respectively;and the lignin degradation ability of strain Z1 was the strongest, with degradation rate of 19.70%.2.Identification by strain morphology and molecular biology,16 S rDNA or 18 S rDNA sequence analysis confirmed that strain L5 is Pseudomonas sp.,strain L6 is Duganella sp.,strain Z1 is Aspergillus niger of Aspergillus Genus.Aspergillus niger Z1 and P.chrysosporium,Trichoderma viride and silage were used for comparison of forage ramie silage. The results showed that Aspergillus niger Z1 had the best effect. After 30 days of silage, the hemicellanization rate of Aspergillus niger Z1 treatment group was 56.13%,the cellulose degradation rate was 49.24%,the lignin degradation rate was 3.95%,and Trichoderma viride treatment group was the second, the hemicellulose degradation rate was 47.54%.The cellulose degradation rate was 47.89%,and the lignin degradation rate was 4.59%.The sensory rating of the Aspergillus niger Z1 treatment group was grade 1 with the least loss of soluble carbohydrates.
