| The field experiment was conducted in the outside experimental base of Yangzhou university during 2014 to 2015 in Hai,an County.Using indica-japonica hybrid rice Yongyou 2640 and super rice cultivar Nanjing 9108,with five treatments(A-1:18.75 kg ha-1,A-2:37.5 kg ha-1,A-3:56.25 kg ha-1,A-4:75 kg ha-1,A-5:93.75 kg ha-1)of stalk strengthening agent A,and five treatments(B-1:7.5 kg ha-1,B-2:15 kg ha-1,B-3:22.5 kg ha-1,B-4:30 kg ha-1,B-5:37.5 kg ha-1)of stalk strengthening agent B.In the thirtieth days after full heading.the lodging resistance of the first basal internode(N1),second basal internode(N2),third basal internode(N3),fourth basal internode(N4)and main physical characteristics were studied.On this basis,we studied the effect of application amount of two stalk strengthening agent on yield,lodging resistance and quality in mechanical pot-seedling transplanting rice.All of these are aimed to the improvement of yield,lodging resistance and quality in mechanical pot-seedling transplanting rice.The main results are as follows.1.With the increase of application amount of stalk strengthening agent,the yield increased firstly and decreased then,with the highest yield in A-3 and B-3.The yield of Yongyou 2640 and Nanjing 9108 under A-3 increased by 6.53%and 6.31%in 2014,7.07%and 6.45%in 2015.In the meantime,the yield of Yongyou 2640 and Nanjing 9108 under B-3 increased by 4.41%and 2.84%in 2014,4.77%and 2.74%in 2015.With the increase of application amount of stalk strengthening agent A,spikelets per panicle,seed-setting rate and 1000-grain weight increased,total spikelets increased firstly and decreased then,with the highest total spikelets in A-3.At the same time,with the increase of application amount of stalk strengthening agent B,spikelets per panicle decreased,seed-setting rate increased firstly and decreased then,with the highest spikelets per panicle in B-4.The 1000-grain weight decreased firstly and increased then,with the lowest 1000-grain weight in B-3,and total spikelets increased firstly and decreased then,with the highest total spikelets in B-3.2.With the increase of application amount of stalk strengthening agent,lodging index decreased firstly and increased then,with the lowest lodging index in A-4 and B-3.In the meantime,the second basal intemode,third basal intemode and fourth basal internode of A-3 and A-4 decreased significantly.The lodging index of Yongyou 2640 and Nanjing 9108 under A-3 decreased by 9.17%,13.32%,16.09%and 13.37%,26.39%,22.46%.At the same time,the lodging index of Yongyou 2640 and Nanjing 9108 under A-4 decreased by 9.81%,13.83%,23.70%and 13.74%,26.90%,22.88%.Further analysis found that the lodging index significantly reduced is mainly caused by the breaking resistance increased significantly.3.With the increase of application amount of stalk strengthening agent,brown rice,milled rice and head rice rates increased firstly and decreased then,with the highest number in A-4 and B-4.Stalk strengthening agent A reduced chalkiness and improved appearance quality,while stalk strengthening agent B reduced appearance quality.With the increase of application amount of stalk strengthening agent,protein content increased firstly and decreased then,which improved nutritional quality.With the increase of application amount of stalk strengthening agent A,amylose content,gel consistency and pasting time increased firstly and decreased then,which improved cooking quality.While stalk strengthening agent B reduced cooking quality.In the meantime,with the increase of application amount of stalk strengthening agent A,peak viscosity,hot viscosity,breakdown and cool viscosity increased firstly and decreased then,with the highest number in A-3.The taste value under A-3 was the highest,while stalk strengthening agent B reduced taste value. |
