In this experiment,the effects of compound fertilizer,potassium dihydrogen phosphate and amino acid fertilizer on the growth,leaf quality and yield of Toona sinensis were studied by field experiment in Xiangxiang area,Hunan Province.The dynamic characteristics of multiple indexes were systematically analyzed.The combination of fertilizer application suitable for the growth of dwarfing Toona sinensis in the middle of Hunan Province was selected,which provided the basis for the selection of fertilizer in the cultivation and production of dwarfing Toona sinensis.The main findings are as follows:(1)Compound fertilizer,potassium dihydrogen phosphate and amino acid fertilizer had significant effects on the increase of the diameter of Toona sinensis.The effects of compound fertilizer and potassium dihydrogen phosphate on the length of old leaves,the length of leaflets and the number of leaflets were significant.The effect of length on leaf length,leaf length and leaflet level did not reach significant level.In all the growth,the effect of compound fertilizer,potassium dihydrogen phosphate and amino acid fertilizer increased first and then decreased with the increase of the concentration.In terms of the increase of the diameter,the compound fertilizer,potassium dihydrogen phosphate,amino acid fertilizer And the concentration of dihydrogen phosphate was not suitable for the growth and development of old leaves and lobules,and had some inhibitory effect on the growth and development of old leaves and lobules.(2)All treatments of compound fertilizer had a significant effect on the content of soluble protein in leaves.Potassium dihydrogen phosphate concentration was significantly promoted in the range of 0.5g·L-1?1,5g·L-1 and the effect was not significant at the concentration of 2.0g·L-1.The amino acid fertilizer had a significant effect on the soluble protein content at the concentration of 1.0g·L-1,which was not favorable for leaf protein of the accumulation.(3)Different concentrations of compound fertilizer,potassium dihydrogen phosphate and amino acid fertilizer had different effects on the soluble sugar content of Toona sinensis leaves.The effect of compound fertilizer,potassium dihydrogen phosphate and amino acid fertilizer on soluble sugar content increased first and then decreased with the increase of concentration,and the effect of high concentration was not significant.Reasonable concentration could increase the photosynthesis of Toona sinensis leaves,so that photosynthetic products increased,the accumulation of dry matter increased,thereby increasing the soluble sugar content.(4)reasonable concentration of compound fertilizer,potassium dihydrogen phosphate,amino acid fertilizer can promote the accumulation of nitrogen elements in the leaves of the accumulation,the effect of the size of:compound fertilizer,potassium dihydrogen phosphate,amino acid fertilizer.The results showed that the concentrations of potassium dihydrogen phosphate in the range of 0.5g·L-1?1.5g·L-1 were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)Protein content has a significant role in promoting the concentration is too high compared with the control group is not significant;when the amino acid fertilizer concentration of not less than 1.0g·L-1 will be detrimental to the accumulation of nitrogen in the leaves.(5)The application of compound fertilizer and potassium dihydrogen phosphate can improve and maintain the phosphorus content of the leaves for a long time,so that the phosphorus elements of Toona sinensis leaves can not be transferred and lost too much in flowering and fruit.The application of amino acid fertilizer to phosphorus The difference was not significant,and the difference was not significant.The difference between the different concentrations was not significant.(6)different concentrations of compound fertilizer,potassium dihydrogen phosphate,amino acid fertilizer on the Toona sinensis leaves have an impact on the content.Potassium dihydrogen phosphate can significantly increase the potassium content of leaves in the short term,with the effect of time to gradually decline,and fertilizer can be a long time to enhance and maintain a high level of potassium;all concentrations of amino acid fertilizer can also be in the short but the content of potassium in the higher concentration of amino acid fertilizer was even lower than that of the control group.(7)Compound fertilizer,potassium dihydrogen phosphate and amino acid fertilizer can increase the growth of Toona sinensis and the quality and yield of Toona sinensis in different degrees.The best combination of yield and yield of Toona sinensis was:compound fertilizer concentration 40g·strain-1,potassium dihydrogen phosphate concentration 1.0g·L-1,amino acid fertilizer concentration 1.5g· L-1,77.90%higher than the control group.The effects of compound fertilizer,potassium dihydrogen phosphate,amino acid fertilizer,compound fertilizer concentration and potassium dihydrogen phosphate concentration on the yield of Toona sinensis were the best.
