Vegetable nursery is the basic link of vegetable production,soilless seedling substrate to speed up the industrialization and mechanization of the nursery modernization,factory nursery provide a guarantee for the late vegetable production yield and quality.At present,the promotion of the main components of the seedling substrate is peat,peat is a non-renewable resource,and excessive mining will be depleted and accompanied with environmental problems.In order to save resources and protect the environment,we continue to study the new soilless substrate to replace peat,vermiculite and perlite matrix.Biochar is the agriculture,animal husbandry waste and garbage in the high temperature and oxygen under the conditions of the formation of carbon-rich black material.In order to study the horticultural cultivation characteristics of biochar and its application in plug seedling.Test 1 the study physical and chemical properties of substrate and the effect in cucumber and tomato plug seeding by using three kinds of biochar(rice husk,rice husk ash and peanut shell c:harcoal)compound with a certain amount of perlite and vermiculite.Test 2 the study physicochemical properties of the substrate and effects on the growth of tomato and cucumber plug seeding by adding the different quality of the nutrition base(400g,500g and 600g)to the Biochar substrate,and to explore the quality standards and cost perplant of Biochar substrate.The results are as follows:1.H1(peanut shell biochar:vermiculite:perlite = 0.5:1:1),D3(rice husk ash biochar:vermiculite:perlite = 3:1:1)and T3(rice husk biochar:vermiculite:Perlite = 3:1:1),the growth and yield of cucumber were better than the control,and could be used as cucumber seedling substrates.T1(Rice husk biochar:vermiculite:perlite = 1:1:1),D3(rice husk ash biochar:vermiculite:perlite = 3:1:1)and T3(rice husk biochar:vermiculite:Perlite = 3:1:1),the physical and chemical properties of the growth and yield of the plug seedlings were good or better than the control,and could be used as the seedling substrate of tomato.2.H13(peanut shell biochar:vermiculite:perlite = 0.5:1:1 600g),D32(rice husk ash biochar:vermiculite:perlite = 3:1:1 500g)and T31(rice husk biochar:Vermiculite:perlite=3:1:1 400g),the growth of cucumber was better than the control,and it could be used as Biochar seedling substrate of cucumber.T11(rice husk biochar:vermiculite:perlite=1:1:1 400g),D32(rice husk ash biochar:vermiculite:perlite = 3:1:1 500g)and T31(rice husk biochar:Vermiculite:perlite = 3:1:1 400g),the growth and yield were better than the control,and could be used as the substrate of tomato Biochar seedling.3.To explore the individual cost and yield increase rate of selected Biochar nutrient substrates of cucumber and tomato.The results showed that the yield per plant of D32 and T31 was higher than the control,and the yield of T11 tomato seedling substrate showed better than the control.D32(rice husk biochar:vermiculite:perlite = 3:1:1 500g)and T31(rice husk biochar:vermiculite:perlite = 3:1:1 400g)can be used as bio-nutrient seedling substrate of cucumber and tomato;T11(rice husk biochar:vermiculite:perlite =1:1:1400g)can be used as a bio-nutrient seedling substrate of tomatoes,Biochar as Soilless Seedling Substrate can not only protect the resources to reduce the cost of seedling substrate can also increase the yield.
