Greenhouse cultivation is that make full of light,temperature,water,soil et al..under the manual control.Because the facility itself has the condition of high temperature,high humidity,semi-closed,soil quality degradation appears easily.At present,a large number of studies have shown that putting the biochar into the field crops’ soil,Biochar can change soil physical and chemical properties,and increase crop yields.But the researches are less in greenhouse soil and greenhouse crop.Therefore,this study have three treatments,and each of the treatment repeat three times.(CK):0t·hm-2;(T1):30t·hm-2;(T2):90t·hm-2.It hope that the study can clarify the effects of biochar on the soil nutrient content of the facilities.Make sure that the effects of biochar on the crops’ nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium.And the effects of biochar on the crop yield and quality.this study provide new ideas for the application of biochar in agricultural production.The main conclusions of this study are as follows.(I)Compared with the control after the first growing season,the soil total nitrogen content is increased by 9.7%-28.5%,and the soil total phosphorus content is not improved,the soil total potassium content is increased by 0.7%-1.9%.Compared with the control after the second growing season,the soil total nitrogen content is increased significantly by 16.2%-31.6%,the soil total phosphorus content is increased by 9.5%-14.3%and the soil total potassium content is increased by 1.3%-4.7%.The effects of biochar on soil total nitrogen is the most significant,the effect of soil total phosphorus is the second,the effect of soil total potassium is the third.(2)Biochar can improve the soil available nutrient content.Compared with the control,the soil available nitrogen,the soil available phosphorus and the soil potassiu:m are increased.And the soil available nutrient content is increased with the increase of biochar application.In addition,there was no significant difference in soil available nutrient content after the first growing season.However,after the second growing season,the soil available phosphorus and the soil potassium are significantly improved.Indicating that high biochar has sustained and released effect content on soil nutrients.(3)The accumulation of total nitrogen in various parts of cherry tomato is as follows:In the Green Mature stage,the total nitrogen accumulation in cherry tomato is the leaf>stem>fruit>root.In the Breaker stage,,the total nitrogen accumulation in cherry tomato showed leaf>fruit>stem>root.From the Turning stage to the Red stage,the accumulation of total nitrogen in all parts of cherry tomato is fruit>leaf>stem>root.The accumulation of total Phosphorus in various parts of cherry tomato is as follows:in the Green Mature stage,the total phosphorus accumulation in cherry tomatoes is leaf>stem>fruit>root.Since the Breaker stage the accumulation of total phosphorus in various parts of cherry tomato is fruit>leaf>stem>root.The accumulation of total potassium in various parts of cherry tomato show:In the Green Mature stage,the accumulation of total potassium in various parts of cherry tomato is leafi>fruit>stcm>root.Since the Breaker stage,the accumulation of total potassium in various parts of cherry tomato is roughly fruit>leaf>stem>root.The amount of total nitrogen accumulation,total phosphorus accumulation and total potassium accumulation in the organs of cherry tomato plants are increased in different degrees by application of biochar.For the fruit,the total nitrogen accumulation of each treatment is low biochar content treatment>control>high biochar content treatment,the total phosphorus accumulation is low biochar content treatment>control>high biochar content treatment,the total potassium accumulation is low biochar content treatment>control>high biochar content treatment.Indicating that low biochar content treatment is beneficial to the accumulation of nitrogen and phosphorus in cherry tomato fruit.The high biochar content treatment is beneficial to the accumulation of potassium in cherry tomato fruit.(4)Compared with the control,the application of biochar can significantly improve the Vitamin C content and soluble sugar content of cherry tomato fruit,and the content of Vitamin C and soluble sugar increased with the increase of the amount of biochar.But there is no significant effect on the content of soluble protein,the amount of organic acid and sugar/organic acid in fruit.(5)Application of biochar can significantly improve the yield of cherry tomato fruit,low biochar content treatment is better than high biochar content treatment.It is worth that,compared with the control,low biochar content treatment can significantly increase the number of cherry tomato fruit,but there is no significant effect that the fruit quantity,so the cherry tomato yield is significantly improved.In addition,the difference between high biochar content treatment yield and control is not significant in the first growing season,but in the second growing season,the high biochar content treatment yield is significantly higher than the control 20.1%.
