Urban green construction is the key link in the process of urbanization,and it is affected by the urbanization.The construction of urban green space is an important part of urbanization construction.Its development is closely related to the sustainable development of residents' living,ecological environment,infrastructure,spatial concentration and so on,and has received profound influence from urbanization,such as population,land and economy.Since China's reform and opening up,with the continuous development of urbanization and the rapid development of economy and society,the level of urban green space construction in China has been greatly improved,so revealing the relationship between urbanization level and urban green space construction level to guide the development of urban green space has a certain reference value.In this paper,the greening coverage rate and urbanization rate of urban areas were selected to characterize the urban green space construction level and urbanization level respectively.Using annual time series data from 1986 to 2014 and inter-provincial panel data from 2005 to 2014,to put forward the hypothesis of"inverted U-shaped" theory,and then uses the method of econometric analysis to carry on the empirical test to the hypothesis,and tried to comprehensively discuss the intrinsic relationship between the greening coverage rate and the urbanization rate of the built-up area in our country.The result shows:(1)To put forward the hypothesis of "inverted U-shaped"theory he driving force from urbanization rate increase to green coverage rate presented the basic law of first enhanced and then weakened.And the hypothesis is divided into four stages:the impact of weak stage,the impact of strengthening the stage,the impact of strength continues to increase and reach the peak,the impact of efforts began to weaken and tend to flat.(2)To carry out statistical analysis of test data test and measurement for the hypothesis of "inverted U-shaped".There was a "inverted U" curve relationship between the green coverage rate and the urbanization rate.The driving force from urbanization rate increase to green coverage rate presented the basic law of first enhanced and then weakened.At present,China's "two-rate" relationship is in the second stage of the "inverted U-type" hypothesis,that is the growth rate of urbanization rate is increasing in the enhancement of greening coverage.The analysis shows that the rate of urbanization is creasing 1%per annum,and the greening coverage of the built area is increaing by 1.0682%.When the urbanization rate of mainland China reaches about 65%,the urbanization rate will reach the peak.The pulling force of the central and the western urbanization was strong,the northeast pulling force in general,the eastern pulling force was weak.(3)The paper puts forward four suggestions for the development of urban green space,and makes sure that the urban green space is healthy and orderly development.By grasping the relationship forecast and grasping the golden stage of urban green space development,Which includes the full use of urbanization on the impact of urban green space construction,and actively explore the rapid urbanization under the connotation of urban green space development model two levels;based on regional status,explore differentiated urban green space development path,refers to the non-equilibrium The "two rates" under the premise of the status quo,the implementation of a regional differentiation of urbanization guidance.
