Acid rain affect crop yield and quality,including damaging plant leaves,retardating growth,reducing yield and declining quality.It influences the sustainable development of agriculture indirectly.Relative to other crops,the influence of the calcium on vegetables is bigger,And it is indispensable in the growth and development of vegetable crops.So we research for the condition of different acid precipitation and different calcium content has great significance to vegetables.This experiment use pakchoi which is widely grown in northeast China and is sensitive to acid rain and metal ion stress as the research object.Simulated experiment is in greenhouses.Study the influence law of different intensity acid rain and different calcium concentration on Chinese cabbage growth,physiology and nutrition indicators.Reveal the response mechanism of pakchoi and analysis its reaction mechanism.According to the acid rain of local acidity.Select the appropriate calcium concentration to maximize crop yields.The rule of pakchoi growth indexes including plant height,root length,food fresh weight,food dry weight,root fresh weight,root dry weight response to joint stress of acid rain and calcium is consistent.With the amount of calcium increasing,they rise first then decline generally.Before spraying acid rain,growth trend is Ca1>Ca0>Ca2>Ca3 apparently.In the stage of harvest,most growth indexes size relationship growing into Ca0>Ca1>Ca2>Ca3.The shift on the timeline and changed index amount CK>pH4.5>pH2.5.This shows that in the process of pakchoi growth,only low calcium play a role of promoting effect,but disappeared in harvest stage,disappear time node extended along with the increase of the acid rain acidity.In the stage of harvest,Ca0 group pakchoi growth indexes size relations is CK>pH4.5>pH2.5,Ca1 group is pH2.5>pH4.5>CK,Ca2 and Ca3 group are pH4.5>pH2.5>CK.The rule of pakchoi chlorophyll and soluble sugar response to joint stress of acid rain and calcium is consistent.With the amount of calcium increasing,they rise first then decline generally.In 12 groups of pakchoi,two indexes of Ca2+pH2.5 group is the largest.In a simulated acid rain pH2.5 and pH4.5 conditions,the peak of pakchoi physiological index and nutrition index is in the Ca2 group;In the control level of the acid rain CK condition,peak is in the Ca1 group.Physiological index and nutrition index of Ca0 group pakchoi increase with the pH value of acid rain rising.Acid rain have inhibition effect.For pakchoi of applying calcium group(Ca1,Ca2,Ca3)in the three levels of acid rain During the whole spraying acid rain period,size relations trend of pakchoi chlorophyll and soluble sugar is pH4.5>pH2.5>CK.Acid rain has promoting effect,weak acid promoting effect is greater than strong acid.In conclusion,in the condition of acid precipitation,for pakchoi chlorophyll and soluble sugar is the largest,calcium can be appropriately put in the soil to Ca2(water soluble calcium is 1007.04 mg/kg).In neutral precipitation,to Ca1(water soluble calcium 549.29 mg/kg).In the condition of same pH value simulated acid rain,total calcium concentration of pakchoi increases with the applying calcium content increasing.In the condition of same applying calcium content level,total calcium content of pakchoi increases with the pH value of acid rain increasing.During the whole growth cycle of pakchoi,in the condition of pH2.5 simulated acid rain,total calcium content of pakchoi significantly lower than the control level of CK.In the condition of Ph4.5 simulated acid rain,total calcium content of pakchoi is compared with CK insignificantly.This shows that in the condition of same applying calcium content level,the strongly acidic acid inhibits accumulation of pakchoi total calcium.During the whole growth cycle of pakchoi,every indexes increases with the increasing of the growth time.Overall,the correlation with applying calcium content is significant.And the correlation with simulated acid rain p H value is weak.The correlations between physiological index and nutrition index with growth indexes are weak.It shows significant negative correlation between total calcium content and growth index.In addition,The positive correlation in physiological index,nutrition index and total calcium content is significantly with each other.In the stage of harvest,pakchoi growth indexes of every applying group(Ca1,Ca2,Ca3)relative to the control calcium group(Ca0)have loss.During the whole growth cycle of pakchoi,physiological index,nutrition index and total calcium concentration relative to the control calcium group(Ca0)benefit.
