At present,single fertilization,confusion,low rate of fertilizer use existed in rice production of Heilongjiang Province,experiment using two factors completely random design in pot experiment in Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University in 2016.Experimental factors for fertilizing and soil fertility,soil fertility 3 level;Fertilization mode 6 levels.Under different soil fertility for fertilization mode for Kenjing 5 yield,quality,a comparative study on fertilizer utilization,lodging resistance,clear pattern under different soil fertility,fertilizer application to Kenjing 5,the influence of yield and quality for the production of high quality and high yield of rice under different soil fertility in Heilongjiang province to provide theoretical basis.The main results are as follows:1.The number of stem of Kenjing 5 was most under the condition of farmer fertilization in high,middle and low fertility soils and increased by 8.5%,3.9%,3.5% than applying fertilizer in reclamation area;tillering rate differences in soil fertility and fertilization mode was significantly(F=7.22**),1 with optimized fertilization rate were the highest in tillering high fertility and fertility in the reclamation area,compared with fertilizer were increased by 5.1%and 14%;in the low fertility area with conventional fertilization tillering rate was the highest.2.The difference of effective and efficient leaf area and SPAD value at tillering stage and heading stage between soil fertility and fertilization mode reached significant level,effective and efficient leaf area of optimization fertilization 1 was the biggest at heading stage,leaf area was higher than that in most treatments of fertilization was very significant;heading and filling stage SPAD values correlated to yield were significant and extremely significant level(0.97* and0.99**);dry matter of optimized fertilization 1 was the largest in high and middle fertility at heading stage,the dry matter of farmer fertilization was the largest in low fertility and increased by 25.9%,5.3%%,3.6% than those of reclamation area.3.Nitrogen contribution rate,the ground utilization rate of nitrogen uptake,nitrogen agronomy,utilization rate of nitrogen absorption and partial productivity under the higher soil fertility with optimized fertilization 1 was the best,followed by optimized fertilization 2 in the middle and low soil fertility,dependence rate and nitrogen physiological efficiency in high fertility soil under nitrogen before the best move,middle and low fertility soils with the highest fertilization.4.Lodging resistance index of the 3rd internode from top increased with the decrease of soil fertility,and the difference between the three fertility levels was significant or extremely significant.The optimum fertilization rate was 2 in the different fertilization modes,followed bythe former nitrogen shift,and the treatments were significantly higher than those of the farmers.There was a significant positive correlation between lodging resistance index(r=0.70**)and flexural strength(-0.90**),and significant or very significant negative correlation with stem fresh weight,plant height and center of gravity(r=-0.58*,-0.81**,-0.90**).5.The theoretical yield of optimized fertilization 1 was the better in the high fertility soil,compared with farmer fertilization and reclamation area were increased by 12.25%,5.68%;Compared with farmer fertilization and fertilization area,the theoretical yield of optimized fertilization 2 were increased by 6.3% and 7.1%,respectively;Conventional fertilization in reclamation area was the best in low soil fertility.6.The amylose content was low in high soil fertility under conventional fertilization and the optimum fertilization 2,in 1 under the optimized fertilization and fertility n is low,with a minimum of 1 Optimized Fertilization in low fertility soil,followed by the reclamation of conventional fertilization;fertilization 1 minimum protein content optimization in high soil fertility secondly,for the optimization of fertilization with N 2,the lowest in the low fertility soils,followed by optimized fertilization 1.Under the condition of high fertility soil,the best fertilization was 1,the second was optimized fertilization,and the optimum fertilization was the best fertilization under the condition of medium fertility,and the optimum fertilization was the best under the condition of low fertility in the experiment.The experiment showed that the optimum fertilization rate was the best in 1.In summary,yield and quality,fertilizer utilization rate and the traits of lodging index of optimized fertilization 1 were the better in high soil fertility and those of optimized fertilization 2were the better in the middle and low soil fertility.The optimum application rate of N,P and K fertilizer was 101.8 kg/hm~2,45kg/hm~2 and 61 kg/hm~2,respectively.The optimum fertilization rate of nitrogen and phosphorus in the model was 101.8 kg/hm~2,60.8 kg/hm~2,and 61 kg/hm~2,respectively.
