In order to define seedling stage nitrogen application amount,irrigation water temperature and pH value of three factors and their interaction effect on rice seedling quality,yield and quality,this experiment choosed Kenjing 5 rice as experiment material,used the three factors five levels quadratic orthogonal rotating combination design,studied on the different seedling stage nitrogen application amount,irrigation water temperature,pH value of rice seedling quality,yield and quality,in order to provide theoretical reference for Kenjing 5 rice breeding strong seedling,high yield and good quality.The results of the study are as follows:Plant height,leaf age,root length,stem width,the degree of hard,plant dry weight per 100 plants of rice seedlings as seedling stage N application rate,the increase of irrigation water temperature,pH value,showed a trend from decline to rise;there is a very significant positive correlation relationship between plant height,root length,the ground part of plant dry weight per 100 plants and rice yield;there is a significant positive correlation relationship between leaf age of rice seedlings,the underground part of plant dry weight per 100 plants and rice yield;rice seedlings plant height is the highest(15.3cm)when seedling stage nitrogen application amount is 24.8~32.8g/m2,the irrigation water temperature is 13.0~17.0?,the pH value is 4.5~6.6;Rice seedlings root length is the longest(7.66cm)when seedling stage nitrogen application amount is 22.6~34.6g/m2,the irrigation water temperature is 12.2~15.9?,the pH value is 4.7~6.5;SPAD and plant total nitrogen content as seedling stage N application rate,the increase of irrigation water temperature,pH value,showed a trend from decline to rise;and there is a very significant positive correlation relationship between SPAD and rice yield;there is a significant positive correlation relationship between plant total nitrogen content and rice yield.The effective panicles of the rice is maximum(539.0panicles/m2)when seedling stage nitrogen application amount is 26g/m2,the irrigation water temperature is 15?,the pH value is 6;the spike grain number is maximum(93.7piece/panicle)when seedling stage nitrogen application amount is 26g/m2,the irrigation water temperature is 15?,the pH value is 6;the seed setting rate,the 1000-grain weight of rice does not have significant difference;rice yield as seedling stage N application rate,the increase of irrigation water temperature,pH value,showed a trend from decline to rise;rice yield is the maximum(9423.0kg/hm2)when seedling stage nitrogen application amount is 24.7~34.4g/m2,the irrigation water temperature is 13.5~17.4?,the pH value is 4.3~6.3.There is a very significant positive correlation relationship between brown rice rate and root length,the underground part of plant dry weight per 100 plants;there is a significant positive correlation relationship between brown rice rate and the ground part of plant dry weight per 100 plants;there is a significant positive correlation relationship between appearance quality and plant total nitrogen content;there is a significant negative correlation relationship between eating quality,taste and plant total nitrogen content.Therefore,the quality of rice seedlings and the rice yield are good and the quality of the rice also is not bad when the seedling stage nitrogen application amount is 22.6~35.5g/m2,the irrigation water temperature is 8.3~17.0?,the pH value is 4.5~8.6.
