Effects Of GI And CBI Conbined Diets On Performance And Blood Parameters In Dairy Cows

Double factor experiment design was used with two GI levels and two CBI levels(2×2).Diet GI levels were 10.33,10.83,CBI levels were 1.48 and 1.62.24 dairy cows were selected,random divided into four treatment groups,each group 6 repeat,every repeat 1 only.Experiment made GI screen the best combination of roughage.Experiment made CBI changed by the kind and content of grain.Experiment determined the effect of different combination of GI and CBI on chewing,production performance,nutrients apparent digestibility,serum biochemical index.The results showed:(1)GI had no significant effect on DMI,CPI,NDFI and ADFI of dairy cows(P>0.05).CBI had the significant effect on NDFI and ADFI(P<0.05).CBI had no significant effect on DMI and CPI(P>0.05).For the NDFI and ADFI of dairy cow,high level CBI diet group was significantly higher than the low CBI level diet Group(P<0.05).Effects of interaction from GI and CBI had no significant effect on DMI,CPI,NDFI and ADFI of dairy cows(P>0.05).After feeding the level of GI was 10.83 and the level of CBI was 1.62,the DMI of dairy cows content were higher than other groups.After feeding the level of GI was 10.33 and the level of CBI was 1.48,the CPI of dairy cows content were higher than other groups.After feeding the level of GI was 10.33 and the level of CBI was 1.62,the CPI,NDFI and ADFI of dairy cows content were higher than other groups.GI had no significant effect on foraging,ruminant and chew time of dairy cows(P>0.05);CBI had no significant effect on foraging time,ruminant and chew time of dairy cows(P>0.05).For the foraging time,ruminant,chewing time,high level GI diet group was lower than the low GI level diet Group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Different GI and CBI levels had no significant effect on Foraging,ruminating,chewing time of dairy cows(P>0.05).After feeding the level of GI was 10.83 and the level of CBI was 1.48,foraging time,ruminant time,chewing time were the shortest than other groups.It reflected the relative advantage.(2)Different GI and CBI levels had no significant interaction on production performance of dairy cows(P>0.05).GI had no significant effect on milk yield of dairy cows(P>0.05).CBI had the significant effect on milk yield of the second,third,fourth,fifth week and average five weeks(P<0.05).Under the condition of the same level of GI,feeding the level of CBI was1.48,affect milk yield is relatively larger.It had more significant effect on milk yield of dairy cows,when feeding the level of GI was 10.83 and the level of CBI was 1.48.Different GI and CBI levels had no significant effect on butterfat rate,milk protein rate,A/G,Urea nitrogen and Somatic cell count of dairy cows(P>0.05).For milk quality,four diets had the same effects.(3)GI had no significant effect on the apparent digestibility of DM,OM,NDF and ADF of dairy cows(P>0.05);GI had the significant effect on the apparent digestibility of CP of dairy cows(P<0.05).With the increase of GI levels,the apparent digestibility CP increased significantly.CBI had no significant effect on the apparent digestibility of DM,OM,CP and ADF(P>0.05);CBI had the significant effect on the apparent digestibility of NDF of dairy cows(P<0.05).With the loss of the level of the CBI,the apparent digestibility of NDF increased significantly.Different GI and CBI levels had no significant interaction on the apparent digestibility of DM,OM,CP,NDF and ADF of dairy cows(P>0.05).After feeding the level of GI was 10.83 and the level of CBI was 1.48,the nutrients apparent digestibility of dairy cow reflected the relative advantage.(4)In the view of serum biochemical indicates,GI and CBI had no significant effect on TP,ALB,GLO,A/G,BUN,TC,TG,NEFA,(P>0.05).After feeding the level of GI was 10.83 and the level of CBI was 1.48,the protein and lipid serum biochemical indexes of dairy cow reflected the relative advantage.GI and CBI had no significant effect on GLU,BHBA,ALT,AST,(P>0.05).After feeding the level of GI was 10.33 and the level of CBI was 1.48,the sugar and enzymes serum biochemical indexes of dairy cow reflected the relative advantage.The serums were in normal,four diets has the same effects.It is the new on three points,the first is GI can choose the best forage commands,the second is that the data of CBI is more and more,the third is that GI and CBI commands' diets are integrated and comprehensive.In summary,we recommend that diet A1(GI=10.83,CBI=1.48)applied to production.
