Fish pump is an important component of peri trawler fish transportation,impact on the quality of fish is very large,therefore,fish pump efficiency and the damage rate of fish is the most concerned for the people.How to improve the efficiency of the pump suction fish and reduce the damage rate of fish pump is an important target the pursuit of business.In order to make the cooperation unit to study data fish pump better,structure design and through numerical simulation research on fish pump model in the design: with the ordinary centrifugal pump and the characteristics of the sand suction pump,determine the structure and form of the impeller and the 1:10 models by 3D software Solidworks.In the analysis on the fish pump for single-phase flow and two-phase flow field analysis by FLUENT software.The single-phase flow model is simulated from the aspects: 1,speed;two-phase flow model of numerical simulation is carried out from four aspects: 1,speed;2,Volume 3,particle size,4:particle concentrationThe wall of the impeller is modeled symmetrically,and the flexible rotating distribution is used so that the impeller works hard and the fluid is output to the outlet pipeThrough the analysis of the fish pump flow,can get the following conclusions: the distribution of the rotating flexible impeller speed,in 1250rad/min-1450rad/min,the optimal flow in 0.8Q-1.2Q.The particle concentration 30%-50% is suitable for the transportation of live fish.
