The activity of the fermented bacteria in the biogas slurry was inhibited at low temperature,and the biogas digesters did not produce gas.In this paper,by heating the biogas slurry to enhance the activity of fermented bacteria and improve the winter gas production to meet the winter building heating needs.Constructing the experimental system of heating biogas digesters.On the basis of extensive research on biogas digesters in villages and towns,the design of heating biogas digesters in winter was carried out.Determining the size,structure,calculation of the biogas digesters,the length,shape and type of the heat exchanger,the concentration of the biogas slurry and the concentration of the biogas slurry.The construction plan of the biogas digesters was put forward,and identified the main construction materials and construction technology.Carring out the heating biogas digesters experimental study and the experimental results were analyzed and summarized.Carefully designed the experimental program.Designing the measuring device and determining the measurement parameters and position.The effect of biogas digester internal temperature and outdoor air temperature on biogas production was studied experimentally.The experimental data were analyzed without heating and two different heating temperatures.The operation of the test bed and the design and operation strategy were optimized.The experimental results show that: when the heating temperature is 32℃and 37℃,the energy efficiency ratio of the system is 3.1 and 3.3.At the same time,in the range of medium temperature fermentation,with the increase of the temperature of the biogas slurry,the methane content will increase and the biogas heat value will increase.The feasibility and technical feasibility of heating biogas digesters were discussed.Taking the village and village buildings as the model,the heating andbiogas heating of the villages and towns was analyzed from the technical,economical and energy-saving.At the same time,it discusses the feasibility of using initial investment,operating cost,payback period and energy saving effect of biogas heating and coal-fired boiler heating.The results of the above studies show that: when the electric water heater and solar energy are used to heat the biogas digesters respectively,the utilization factor of primary energy is more than 1.The recovery period of biogas heating is about 5years compared with coal and electric heating.In the case of construction conditions,the use of biogas heating is one of the ways to solve the problem of village heating.
