| Rotary tillage blade is the main working parts of rotary cultivator,due to its fast speed,under the condition of big instantaneous impact force,having complex contact mechanism with soil and so on reasons,they are directly affects the rotary tillage effect of rotary cultivator,energy consumption,power allocation and other important problems,rotary tillage blade in contact with the soil for a long time,its structural strength also determines the life of the rotary cultivator,so the blade dynamic and static mechanics of rotary tillage are important problems with great significance.The research object based on a set of a rotary cultivator’ rotary tillage blade,on the basis discrete element theory.Firstly,establishment soil JKR model,found the necessary parameters of soil-tillage cutter contact model,and to establish the three-dimensional model of spiral machine and find the relevant parameters of rotary cultivator.Secondly,exploring under different binding bond energy model the soil tillage effect and the force of the tillage blade,found appropriate adhesive bonding energy to simulation soil,changed soil tillage blade shape,explore under different tillage blade shape the stress condition of the plow knife.Again,according to the problem that plow knife had complex process moving in farming,using DEM and multi-body dynamics software coupling,to simulation plow knife under different bonding bond energy soil and under different knife shape cultivation conditions,was obtained under the different conditions of plow knife dynamic parameters like the angular velocity,angular acceleration,torque output,through the comparison and analysis of plow knife work situation put forward reasonable suggestions.Finally,using the prototype plow knife’ pressure situation in the DEM simulation tool,extracted force information of cutting tool form EDM when plow knife working,and imported into the finite element simulation of the finite element software,ot the plow knife’ main information like stress,strain,main stress and strain,displacement ans so on,and according to the information of the structure of the plow knife improvement put forward reasonable suggestions.Based on discrete element theory of JKR model suitable for the simulation of soil particles in bonding energy theory,through exploring plow knife in different binding key energy soil cultivation conditions and different shapes of plow knife work condition,has carried on the thorough research to plow knife about tillage cultivation result force,the condition of the dynamics of plow knife knife,plow knife statics condition,Using the results of the study to take reasonable suggestions and improvement.The achievements of the article is not only suitable for rotary cutting tool,more for earthwork engineering machinery,excavating machinery,mining machinery and other machinery,it has instructional meaning to optimize their structure and has a broad application prospect. |
