Ramie(Boehmeria nivea(L.)Gaud)belongs to Boehmeria of Urticaceae,which plays an important role in China's natural fiber textile development.In the practical production,ramie lodging is quite common,which increases harvest difficulty and reduces production efficiency significantly.At present,there are few reports on ramie lodging at home and abroad,and no effective ramie lodging evaluation index has been reported by now.In order to create a condition for ramie lodging,I used Huazhu 5 as the test material in the experiment,and three levels of nitrogen fertilizer were applied,and the occurrence of large ramet ramie nitrogen fertilizer dosage was determined then;In order to study the ramie lodging evaluation index and its inverted physiological mechanism,high nitrogen content was applied to each 5 copies in high,medium,and low ramie cultivars,respectively,which caused obvious lodgin,The effects of various factors such as plant height,stem diameter,fresh weight,height of center of gravity,fresh weight above the height of the center of gravity and resistance to lodging on the lodging resistance of ramie were comprehensively studied,and lodging index,lodging resistance index and lodging coefficient were compared to evaluate the accuracy of ramie lodging resistance,and selected a more reasonable ramie lodging evaluation index;The lignin content of the stalk was determined,and the relationship between lignin content and lodging resistance was systematically studied;We determined the content of the chemical constituents of the three materials which lodging resistance was obviously different and stable,and the relationship between the content and the lodging resistance was analyzed;And by observing its slices,we explained the reasons for different lodging resistance from the micro perspective.The results are as follows:1.High nitrogen fertilizer can significantly improve the plant height of Huazhu 5,and the plant height,stem diameter,fresh weight,center of gravity height,resistance to lodging have influence on the lodging rate of Huasha 5,and it was determined that the amount of nitrogen fertilizer which caused large area lodging(Lodging rate reached42.81 %)of ramie was 300 Kg N / Season / Ha.2.At seedling stage,vigorous stage and mature stage,the lodging index and the lodging rate had reached a very significant positive correlation,and the absolute value of the correlation coefficient is greater than the absolute value of the correlation coefficient between the inverted index,the lodging coefficient and the lodging rate,therefore,the lodging index is more suitable for the ramie evaluation method;The correlation analysisand path analysis of each agronomic index and lodging index were carried out,the results showed that the resistance to lodging and the lodging rate were significantly correlated,and the fresh weight and the resistance to lodging had the greatest effect on the lodging rate.3.At seedling stage,vigorous stage and mature stage,there was no significant correlation between lignin content and lodging rate in phloem,there were significant correlations between lignin content in xylem,total lignin content and lodging rate,it was that the lignin content in xylem made an influence on the lodging resistance of ramie mainly;In addition to lignin,the content of water-soluble,hemicellulose and cellulose in the phloem was significantly correlated with the lodging rate,in the xylem,none of these components had a significant correlation with the lodging rate;only the content of water-soluble and the lodging rate reached a significant correlation level.4.Observed in the slice,the stronger the lodging resistance,the deeper the degree of xylem dyeing was;the stronger the resistance to lodging,the greater the thickness of the fiber layer was;The same variety at different stages,the number of fiber layers was the same,and the number of fiber layers wan the same of the three varieties,there is no relation between lodging resistance and fiber layer number.
