Diagnosis Of Trichophagia Hirsutism And Pneumonia In Inner Mongolia White Arbas Cashmere Goat

The Otog Banner area is the main producing area of the Arbas white cashmere goat,and the situation of the cashmere and the Trichophagia Hirsutism and pneumonia of cashmere goats in the area is becoming more and more serious due to the gradual increase of the feeding amount in recent years and the imperfect construction of the grassland infrastructure.The local goat industry has brought huge econmic losses.The aim of this study was to investigate the causes of white cashmere goats suffering from Trichophagia Hirsutism and pneumonia.Collect the blood samples of healthy and suffering fromTrichophagia Hirsutism goats in the Arbas region and to measure the physiological and biochemical changes and the content of trace elements.The pathological change were observed by Histopathological sections were made through clinical anatomy.The changes of the tissues in the thoracic cavity were observed by chest X-ray examination.The pathological changes of the lung,liver and trachea were observed by histopathological examination.The pathogens of Escherichia coli and Streptococcus Pasteurella and Mycoplasma were isolated and cultured from cashmere tissues for the identification of pneumonia pathogens.The results showed that the content of ALT and TG in blood was significantly higher than that in healthy cashmere goat(P<0.05),and the content of copper in goat was significantly lower than that in healthy cashmere goat(P<0.05).Zn,Fe,Co,and Mn were not significantly different(P>0.05).The results showed that there was a result of copper dificiency and liver damage in the body of cashmere goats.Photographs of pneumonia goats by X-ray showed that high density lesions and adhesion with the chest wall occurred in the lungs.Pathological sections showed a large number of inflammatory cells within the alveolar stroma,alveolar and bronchiectasis significantly,also splenic congestion and hemorrhage and a large number of inflammatory cell infiltration were observed.Negative results of Escherichia coli,Streptococcus,Pasteurella isolated from the lungs of the white cashmere goat lungs while a positive result the mycoplasma were detected.So according to pathological changes,pathogen culture and PCR indect to ascertain it is sheep mycoplasma pneumoniae.So this test provide scientific evidence for the cashmereTrichophagia Hirsutism and pneumonia prevention and treatment.
