Analysis of the nutritional value of forage, what we need to focus on is to ensure that the samples taken are representative, whether it could represent the both physiological and biochemical indexes of the batches being pumped,or whether it would affected by the storage conditions during the period of obtaining samples to the beginning of the test, lead to the accuracy of the results of the analysis. The use of perennial legume alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.)and annual grasses oat(Arrhenatherum elatius(L.)Pressl),and Gramineae(Zea mays L.)maize and Gramineae grass Sultan(Sorghum sudanense(Piper)Stapf.)Mixed Silage products as the test samples, the sample collection and storage to the link the sample storage time, collecting distribution points, collection level, collection depth and storage time, storage containers and other five factors, using L16(45)orthogonal experiment design, analysis of nutrients and relative feed value of three kinds of test samples under the above conditions, and the range analysis, aims to provide more standardized parameters for forage feed analysis sampling and sample preparation, quality evaluation, evaluation of the nutritional value of the result is more accurate. In order to reduce the improper operation in the process of collection and storage of samples,to provide objective and true test values for the test results. The following conclusions are obtained through experiments and analysis:(1)The best collection method of original samples is the haystack(or silo)are divided into three layers, each layer of a sampling point to determine the bales(or silage,a total of three points sampling area)diagonal, alfalfa hay bales(or silage each sampling area sampling points by 9)point,oat hay collected by 3 point distribution, large bale sampling depth is 40cm.(2)The sample is detected immediately after sampling is the closest to the true value, but considering the actual operation and workload, the storage time of the sample should not exceed 30d.The self sealing bags should be chosen in several kinds of sample storage containers in this study.
