Study On Cultivation And Detection Of Selenium Enriched Grape

Experiment with 87-1 and seedless white heart and sunset three grape varieties as material,through spraying on the leaf containing selenium amino acid foliar fertilizer 6 amino acids(Chinese academy of agricultural sciences fruit tree research institute),14,17,20,and 23 g/L selenium concentration,a total of four equal parts water spraying and harvest during fruit ripening,determination of selenium content in fruit and fruit quality.Understand the influence of selenium on the quality of grape fruit,and select the optimum spray concentration.The results are as follows:1.The selenium can not make grapes rich in selenium,but can increase the selenium content in grapes.Different varieties of grapes have different absorption of selenium,indicating the sensitivity of grape to selenium.The amount of selenium in the 87-1,non-nuclear white chicken and the red and red fruits of the New Year was highest in 17g/L,20g/L,and 17g/L,respectively,at 0.00758 mg/kg,0.00785 mg/kg,0.0782 mg/kg.2.A certain amount of amino acid selenium can be used to improve the quality of the grapes,and different types of fruits are different in different levels of selenium.At the 23g/L concentration,the contents of the three varieties of grape sugar and soluble solid reached the maximum.In 20 g/L concentrations 87-1 and the tannin content of seedless white heart and highest Muscat,titratable acid content of the highest under the concentration of 17 g/L,three varieties of grape,Vc content were the highest and seedless white highest heart and titratable acid content of the sunset,sunset high tann(?)content.3.Different varieties of grapes have different concentrations of selenium,so different varieties of grapes have different concentrations of selenium.In this experiment,the optimum selenium concentration was 23g/L,and 0.00426 mg/kg.The optimum selenium concentration of the non-nuclear white chicken was 17g/L,and the content of the fruit selenium was 0.00775 mg/kg.The optimal concentration of selenium for New Year's day is 23g/L,with selenium content of 0.0519 mg/kg.4.The effect of selenium on the content of chlorophyll and carotenoids is not obvious,so selenium does not change the color of the grapes.
