In order to cultivate new potato varieties which has the ability of that the late blight resistance,high-yield,high quality,shallow eyes and combined with the excellent characteristics of both parents.According to the matching principle of trait complementary between parents,geographical distance and ecotypes-diverse,we have selected the domestic potato cultivar which has strong disease resistance of 'Longshu NO.7' as female parent,we use potato 'CY-1' and 'MIN-021' which introduced from the United States with good commodity performance as male parent,obtain F1 generation of hybrid combination by artificial pollination hybrid is that 'Longshu NO.7'×'CY-1' and 'Longshu NO.7'×'MIN-021',measurement and evaluation of superior individual plants and their agronomic characters by field selection,which cultivate the six kind of new F1 strains are G5,T1,G1,T5,T6 and T10 that had prominent comprehensive agronomic traits were selected.This study focuses on measurement and evaluation that agronomic character,chromosome configuration and pollen fertility of the six new Potato strains,and genetic diversity of new Potato strains by SSR markers.The main results as follows:1.The six new potato strains are G1,T1,T5,T6 and T10 that all of them were medium mature stains,G5 is a medium early maturing strain.Every new strains which are Shallow eyes,good tuber shape,tide and concentrated tuber,the yield per plant beyond 1.12 kg and the commercial tuber rate is more than 80%.2.Tubers from each new strain which the amplitude of dry matter content is ranged from 15.39%to 21.52%,the amplitude of starch content is ranged from 15.39%to 21.52%,T6 and T10 are the new type of whole flour processing line.Tubers from each new strain which the amplitude of reducing sugar content is ranged from 0.0121 to 0.0179 mg/100g,which is processed Potato chips.The color potato of new strains which comprise high anthocyanin is T10.3.The correlation analysis shows that content of starch which has positive correlation with dry matter content and number of plant branch.Average tuber weight has negative correlation with the yield per plant,Tuber reducing sugar content has negative correlation with content of starch.4.The chromosome pairing configuration of new strain G1,G5,T1,T5,T6 and T10 were 4.12 ? +9.47 ?+3.37?+3.71 ?,3.54 ? +10.25 ?+4.08?+2.94?,2.65 ? +12.06?+2.12?+3.74?,5.73 ? +8.98 ?+4.26?+2.89?,3.84 ? +9.26 ?+3.19?+4.02? and 2.42 ? +11.56? +3.31?+3.14?,respectively.For these new strains,the fertile pollen rate variation range was 56.73%?74.58%.5.A total of twelve suitable SSR primers were screened and amplified the genomic DNA of 9 test materials.A total of 99 SSR polymorphic loci were detected by the PCR amplification,and the percentage of polymorphic loci was 77.31%.The SSR fingerprints of different lines and their parents were distinguished by primer S153.6.With the GD value of 0.35 as threshold,the nine strains could be clustered into four groups:the first group include Longshu No.7 and G1,The second group include 'CY-1'and 'MIN-021',The third group include G5 and T7,The last group include T6 and T10?...
