Research On The Measures Of New Underground Granary And Waterproof,Moisture And Anti-condensation

After 1980,warehouse construction and food security are paied more attention from the central government to local government.Nowadays,the demand of people for grain is rather quality than quantity,and they value the security and taste of grain.Low temperature grain storage can,at most,keep grain fresh,and it can decrease the harm to grain from the microbes,then we do not need to use or just use less drug fumigation,it can help to protect environment and a healthier food,so,as a storage technology,it is has a bright future.Because we need invest low temperature grain storage a lot of money,and it also need a lot money to maintain it,and once the measure of heat insulation,anti-condensation or ventilation in exterior protected construction of barn are not integrated,it will lead the water in the grain transfer to other places,and it even lead to dew formation,which will make the low temperature grain storage hardly to be popular.Whether in China or other countries,most of barns still use natural conditions to reach the purpose of the low temperature storage.and at this stage most of barns in China are horizontal warehouses,which are 87.5 percent of all the warehouses.Apparently,horizontal warehouses have irreplaceable advantages.According to the reasons mentioned as above,in the study of the underground warehouses and horizontal warehouses in China we can find that underground warehouse not only takes advantage of natural conditions to reduce the temperature,but also it is invisible and can save more dirt.but underground warehouse is more easily limited by the geological conditions,and has the problems such like waterproof or anti-condensation.Most of the low-temperature warehouses are horizontal warehouse and multi-storied warehouse;and there are still underground warehouse,such as warehouses that natural or artificial holes are used as warehouses and direct-embedded underground warehouses.And horizontal warehouses have many advantages such as convenient construction,low cost,large store,but it needs a large area occupied,which is not good to save land and sustainable development in China.Appropriately using underground space is new national policy of China.Overground low-temperature the advantages in horizontal warehouse,try to study a new type of warehouse from the aspects of building design,material selection and construction practice.The shape of the existed low-temperature warehouse is rectangle,and it has a empty cavity in double wall,which is good to heat insulation and anti-condensation,and it also solves the problems such as waterproof,anti-condensation and dampproof.
