This work sought to evaluate the effect of treadmill exercise training by increasing the day activity of broilers,We observed it whether the exercise to improve broiler athletic ability and level of activity,Through exercise training broiler growth performance,immune organ index,slaughter index,meat quality and muscle fiber development and the body determination of energy metabolism and related enzyme activity and other indicatoers in order to reveal the effects of exercise training on broiler body growth and metabolism,provise a theoretical basis for the care and welfare of livestock production application.This paper consists of three parts as follow:The first part primarily studies the effects of treadmill exercise on(Arbor Aceres,AA)broiler activity,growth' performance,immune organ index,the.index of slaughter,2weeks of age were selected and a total of 72(AA)broiler,including 36 male and female child each exercise group after a week of sports preliminary experiment,male and female child according to similar weight were randomly divided into six groups:control group and exercise 4-5 weeks group;6-7 weeks in the control group and the exercise group;8-9 weeks in the control group and the exercise group,n = 6 replicates.After the end of the feeding and exercise testing and measuring the amount of change in statistical activities growth performance,slaughter index,index of immune organs found:5 weeks old,7 weeks and 9 weeks exercise group female broiler and male broiler in the morning 9:30-9:45 Active volume between and significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01),at 15:00-16:00 exercies group activity was higher,the difference was significant(P<0.05);9-week-old female broiler exercise group average daily feed intake was significantly higher(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the average daily gain of restructuring,7-week-old exercise group female broiler leg muscle weight was higher than the control group(P<0.05),9 weeks old exercise group male broiler abdominal fat weight was lower than the control group,the difference was not significant(P>0.05);at the age of 5 weeks,7 weeks and 9 weeks old male and female broilers exercise group bursal index was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),female and male broilers exercise group thymus index and spleen index 9 weeks was significantly higher(P<0.05),9 weeks old female broiler exercise group liver index and relative higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:with the prolongation of exercise training,exercise training periods in broilers activity were significantly higher than the control group,at rest,exercise group rhythm clear,exercise training to improve the level of activity of broilers,broiler prompted spontaneous activity,improve activity of daily exercise group,exercise group decreased abdominal fat male with the rate.with the increase of feed intake and increase of the amount of activity in the exercise group promoted the growth and development of immune organs of broilers.The second part primarily studies the effects of exercising on meat quality and muscle fiber development in broiler of different sexes,The results showed that:,the male broiler exercise group at 9 weeks old chest and leg shear a*values were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),the test period for breast flesh male broiler L*value,a*value,leg a*value,shear force and cooking loss were significantly difference(P<0.01)on the leg pH24h,meat color and b*values,shear force and cooking loss,there were significantly difference(P<0.01).7 weeks and 9 weeks old male broiler exercise group leg muscle fiber density is significantly lower than the control group(.P<0.05),muscle fiber diameter was significantly higher the control group(P<0.05).9-week-old female exercise group the chest meat color L*value and the leg meat color a*values were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),7-week-old exercise group leg meat color b*value is significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),the experiment lasted for the chest pH24h,meat color L*value,a*value,a*value of the leg,shear force,cooking loss there was a significant difference(P<0.05),breast and thigh meat color b*value and cooking loss was significantly lower(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between exercise group and the control group of female breast muscle fiber density and diameter.7 weeks old exercise group male chest inosine monophosphate content higher,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Exercise training for 6 weeks to improve the meat color L*value,a*value of the female broiler breast and leg a*value of the male broiler,reducing the female broiler breast yellowness b*values,show improved color,promote the male broiler muscle fiber development.The third part primarily studies the effect of skeletal muscle adaptations broiler activity,glycogen,lactic acid and adenosine metabolism studies of exercise training.5 weeks,7 weeks old female broiler and male broiler exercise group muscle lactic acid level was higher(P<0.05),the movement to 9 weeks after the lactic acid content of the different treatment groups was not significantly different muscle lactate increased tolerance.5 week,7 weeks old exercise group-muscle glycogen content decreased(P<0.05),the motion to extend the period of 9 weeks old exercise group decreased the amount of muscle glycogen higher,the difference was not significant,5 weeks and 7 weeks old whole blood lactate concentration of exercise group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).9-week-old the female leg of exercise group HK activity,CK activity and 5-week-old the female leg muscle CK activity was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);9-week-old the male exercise group HK activity and CK activity was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),5-week-old exercise group of LDH activity,and CK activity was significantly higher than the contorl group(P<0.05).7 weeks and 9 weeks old exercise group of the male chest,leg muscle ATP content,9 weeks old the female leg muscle ATP,ADP content was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).9 weeks old exercise group of the male chest total adenylate pool and EC were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);7-week-old the female chest muscle exercise group of creatine was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Test period there was significant difference(P<0.05)for males and females and liver muscle creatine content.Phosphocreatine content among the exercise stage groups were not significant.Conclusion:exercise training to improve broiler machine adenylate metabolism enzyme activity,long-term movement to promote the body to raise regular exercise training produce adaptive mechanisms to improve lactate tolerance,reduce the amount of muscle glycogen use,improve mitochondrial respiration rate and accelerate the synthesis of ATP speed,and promote the synthesis of ATP and creatine phosphate efficiency is relatively increased,thereby 'increasing the pool of muscle cell adenylate energy charge level to improve the energy reserves of the body status,improve energy metabolism rate.
