Effects Of Spraying Different Calcium Fertilizers On The Growth And Quality Of Peaches And Grapes

This paper studied the impact on growth,mineral elements,fruit quality,the cracking rate and the fruit diseases during storage when foliage spraying of different calcium fertilizers on 'Wink' grape,'Zaolu flat peach' and 'Yuandong white peach'.The' main results were as follows:1.Using 'Wink' grape as the experimental materials to study the impact of spraying three calcium fertilizers on growth,mineral elements,fruit quality,the cracking rate and the fruit diseases during storage.The results showed that,(1)At the whole development period of 'Wink',spraying different calcium fertilizers had increased SPAD of leaves.(2)The SAC had increased single fruit weight,longitudinal diameter of fruit and fruit shape index when the fruit matured.(3)Calcium content of fruit was gradually decreasing with the development.Spraying different calcium fertilizers could increase the calcium content with the different levels of fruit.Among them,the treatments with CPC and Ca(NO3)2 had a higher calcium content than control when it matured.At the same time,the treatments with CPC and Ca(NO3)2 had improved the calcium content significantly in the leaves in the period of young fruit and turning color.(4)Spraying different calcium fertilizers could reduce the cracking rate,at the same time,SAC had significantly increased the soluble solids of fruit when fruit matured.(5)During the fruit storage,spraying different calcium fertilizers could reduce the fruit rot,wherein the treatments of CPC and SAC were better.2.Using 'Zaolu flat peach' and 'Yuandong white peach'as the experimental materials to study the impact of spraying various calcium fertilizers on growth,mineral elements,fruit quality,the cracking rate and the fruit diseases during storage.The results showed that,(1)Spraying different calcium fertilizers had increased SPAD of leaves in varying degrees in different stages with 'Zaolu flat peach' and 'Yuandong white peach',Wherein the treatment of CPC was better.(2)CPC had increased the horizontal diameter of fruit when fruit matured with 'Zaolu flat peach' and 'Yuandorig white peach'.(3)At the whole development period of 'Zaolu flat peach' and 'Yuandong white peach',spraying different calcium fertilizers had increased calcium content in leaves and fruit with different degrees,and the leaves and fruit absorbed maximum calcium at the young fruit stage.(4)CPC had increased the firmness of 'Zaolu flat peach',while increased the soluble solids and the soluble sugar of 'Yuandong white peach' when 'Zaolu flat peach' and 'Yuandong white peach' matured.(5)During the fruit storage,spraying different calcium fertilizers both reduced fruit decay.Moreover,SAC treatment had the lowest cracking rate of 'Zaolu flat peach',wherein the treatment of Ca(NO3)2+GA3 had improved the net photosynthetic rate significantly in young fruit and matured stage.
