At present,the quality of peach fruit in southern China mainly focuses on the appearance and taste,Peach fruiis with large shape,good type,bright color,delicate taste,high sugar content,rich aroma and any other good sensory qualities are more popular with consumers and have higher economic value.However,due to its own characteristics,the peach fruit will be softened due to maturation and cause its own quality to decline,At the same time,mechanical damage during fruit harvesting,transportation,storage,and unfavorable temperatures during storage will cause the decrease of water and juice content,the browning of pulp,the decrease of sugar-acid ratio,and the decrease of aromatic substances.In this thesis,the effects of spraying different calcium fertilizers on peach fruit quality and storage were studied in order to improve peach fruit quality and extend the supply period,which provided a theoretical basis for increasing the income of southem peach planters.The main results are as follows:Through comparative analysis,The fruit hardness,sugar-acid ratio of ’Late White Flower Peach’ and ’Jinxiu Peach’ both gradually decreased with the harvest time,it was determined that the sampled fruit was not fully mature on August 13th,and the fruits were sampled on August 16th and August 19th to reach the fruit’s physiological maturity.Spraying calcium fertilizer can increase the fruit size of these two kinds of peach(both the quality and the vertical and horizontal diameters),spraying calcium fertilizer with higher calcium concentration(CaCl2)increased the hardness of these two kinds of peaches.Spray:ing calcium fertilizer can increase the soluble solids content and reduce the acid content of the two peaches.Different calcium fertilizers have different effects on different varieties.To improve the content of soluble solids in fruits,the best effect for the ’Late White Flower Peach’ is 1000 times CaCl2,and the best effect for ’Jinxiu Peach’ is 1000 times GG;To reduces fruit acid content,the best effect for the ’Late White Flower Peach’is 500 times GG,and the best for the ’Jinxiu Peach’ is 1500 times NTA.Calcium-treated ’Late White Flower Peach’ and ’Jinxiu Peach’ after storage at 0℃,it can effectively maintain the hardness of fruit during storage,Among them,the best effect for the ’Late White Flower Peach’ is 1500 times CaCl2(higher calcium concentration calcium),and the best effect for the ’Jinxiu Peach’ is 750 times GG(lower calcium concentration calcium);There was a certain increase in the content of soluble solids in the’Late White Flower Peach’ and ’Jinxiu Peach’ fruits treated with calcium fertilizer,the change in acid content was greater than that in CK,and the changes of sugar-acid ratio is less affected,which may have a certain influence on the rate of change.After being treated with calcium,’Late White Flower Peach’ and ’Jinxiu Peach’ were left at room temperature,it was found that pre-harvest application of calcium can effectively delay the browning and decay of ’Late White Flower Peach’ and ’Jinxiu Peach’on shelf life.Time,improving its storage resistance,but it has little effect on the duration of rot to complete rot.Among them,750 times GG(lower concentration of calcium fertilizer)was the best effect for the ’Late White Flower Peach’ and 1500 times NTA(medium concentration of calcium fertilizer)was the best for the ’Jinxiu Peach’. |
