Lentinus edodes is one of the highest yield of edible fungi in China.The best raw material for substitute cultivation is weed tree sawdust.With the production growth,the contradiction between fungus and secondary broad-leaf forest Increasing.Meanwhile wheat bran price increases,influences the positivity of farmers,Lentinus edodes industry is experiencing serious impingement.For settle contradiction between fungus and secondary broad-leaf forest,we chose Pleurotus WMLE replace some wood chips and Wheat bran to substitute cultivation Lentinus edodes.And forming a set of key technologies including Pleurotus WMLE requirements,processing methods,species selection,recipes,etc.Four species of Lentinus edodes Shenxiang 16,Shenxiang 18,Shenxiang 215 and L808 were used for the cultivation experiments with using spent residues of Pleurotus eryngii.Fresh Pleurotus WMLE of Lishui,Zhejiang Baixing Mushroom Co.,Ltd were used.Original recipe of Pleurotus cultivation was wood chips 30%,30%corncobs,bagasse 10%,5%cotton seed hulls,wheat bran 15%,3%soybean meal,corn flour 5%,1%lime,calcium carbonate 1%.Remove the old fungus skin and fruiting body,and determination of moisture content,then equivalent dry material added to the medium of Lentinus edodes.Adoption autumn greenhouse management,mycelial growth rate measured by timed dash method,statistical bags full time,color change time,ripening time,and yield,single mushroom weight,thickness cap,stipe diameter et.Select after sterilizing,full colonization,after arrange and after fruiting four time points.Each formulation of each strain randomly selected three stick,measured medium water content,dry weight recorded,then take 100g crushed.Use total Organic Carbon Analyzer determination of total carbon,use Kjeldahl instrument determination of total nitrogen,Van Soest method combined with phenol-sulfuric acid method determination of lignocellulose conten.The results showed that Pleurotus WMLE have rich Nutrition.That can replace part of the wheat bran as a source of nitrogen of Lentinus edodes,while high lignocellulose content but also as a carbon source for growth Lentinus edodes.Use fresh mushroom residue can reduced pollution rate,and reduce labor costs and transportation costs.When using different manufacturers Pleurotus WMLE,control C:N is in the range of 70-100.Shenxiang 16 and Shenxiang 18 can as the large-scale promotion of good strains.Suitable formulations is mushroom residue 30%,Wheat bran 10%,wood chips 59%,gypsum 1%.The spent residues had different effects on different species.The differences appeared mainly in shortening culture cycle,improving the morphologies of fruiting bodies or increasing production.In conclusion,when cultivating Lentinus edodes,it's important to consider the exclusive ingredient.Lentinus edodes Shenxiang 18 and Shenxiang 215 were used for the Object of study.By detecting nutrient changes during two strains were grown in three formulations find that Shenxiang 18 has a higher capacity than Shenxiang 215 on the lignocellulose degradation;residues of Pleurotus eryngii could increased the consumption on respiration in vegetative growth;In vegetative growth Shenxiang 18 can make good use of non-Lignocellulosic;residues of Pleurotus eryngii can improve Shenxiang 18's lignocellulose degradation.
