The combination effect between buckwheat straw and rape straw and so on widely distributing rin ning xia region was studied based on the vitro experiment,feeding experiment,digestion and metabolism trials and slaughter.The best combination was selected through multiple-factors associative effects index.on the basis,adding rumen bypass methionine to tan sheep diet,to study the production performance of tan ship,digestion and metabolism,blood biochemical indicators,meat quality.The results could provide theoretical foundation and scientific basis for better use of the unconventional crop straw resources in ningxia region.This research focuses on the following:Experiment 1:Study on the combined effects among alfalfa hay,corn silage and untreated buckwheat straw and rape straw3 tan sheep with healthy,the age weight similar were Choosed and well developed fitted with permanent rumen fistula.The optimal combination effects were rape straw 20:corn silage 80,buckwheat straw 20:alfalfa 80 and buckwheat 40:alfalfa 60 selected in vitro using multiple-factors associative effects index,through the simulation of artificial rumen device.Experiment 2:Study on the combined effects among alfalfa hay,corn silage and different treatment of buckwheat stalk and rape strawThe buckwheat straw and rape straw were handled by chemical method,microorganism method and cellulose enzymatic before the start of the test.The trail selected optimal combination respectively cellulose enzymatic buckwheat straw 20:alfalfa 80,cellulose enzymatic buckwheat alfalfa hay straw 40:corn silage 60 and chemical method buckwheat straw 40:corn silage 60 using the method of experiment 1.Experiment 3:Effect of the rumen bypass methionine on the conversion rate and the production performance in tan sheep20 Tan ship,which had a good condition and a similar age weight,were randomly divided into five groups,each of which was raised in a single cage.The five groups of Tan ship had the ratio of concentrate to roughage 3 to 7,and the coarse material being screened in the experiment two,the cellulose enzymatic buckwheat alfalfa hay straw 40:corn silage 60.Test ?,?,?,?,? group feeded basic diet and added rumen bypass methionine respectively Og/d,1.5g/d,3g/d and 4.5g/d,6g/d.The results showed that with the increase of the amount of added rumen bypass methionine,stabling of Tibet lamb daily gain increased gradually,but the body weight,at the end of the scale did not significant difference(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in the amount of food intake(P<0.05)with the addition of 4.5 g/d.The maximum weight gain and economic benefit was the addition of 6g/d.Experiment 4:Effect of the rumen bypass methionine on the blood and biochemical indexes in tan sheepResults showed that adding 6g/d rumen bypass methionine for stabling Tibet tan sheep has significant impact on blood sugar(P<0.05),adding 3g/d rumen bypass methionine in serum urea nitrogen minimum was tendency for 3.514 mmol/L extremely significant difference(P<0.01),and adding 4.5g/d rumen bypass methionine serum total protein content was highest 67.49g/L extremely significant difference(P<0.01).Experiment 5:Effect of the rumen bypass methionine on the digestive metabolism in tan sheepThe dry matter digestion rate was highest added 4.5g/d rumen bypass methionine group and had significantly influences on the nitrogen utilization efficiency(P<0.01).The test IV group(4.5g/d)was the highest utilization rate of nitrogen.In terms of digestive metabolism,the effect of adding 4.5g/d rumen bypass methionine was the best.Experiment 6:Effect of the rumen bypass methionine on the meat quality and tslaughter performance in tan sheepThe results showed that the body fat and the drip loss of the meat was significantly affected(P<0.05)adding 6g/d rumen bypass methionine in tan sheep.The body weight,net meat,bone weight,PH,meat color and initial water had no significant effect(P>0.05).The diet added 4.5 to 6g/d rumen bypass methionine is best in tan sheep comprehensive considerating stabling tibet lamb growth performance,blood biochemical index,digestion and metabolism,slaughtering performance index in this test.
