In this experiment, the date of birth was similar, and the weight of nearly 60 beach sheep was randomly divided into 6 groups of 10(6 sheep,4 ewes)with different feeding level gradients, free feeding group, free feeding group+rumen protected amino acid;0.8 feeding group,0.8 feeding group+rumen protected amino acid;0.6 feeding group,0.6 feeding group+rumen protected amino acid, and 6 treatment test groups. The trial pre-feeding period was 14 days and the formal test was 84 days.Through feeding experiments, digestion and slaughter tests. The effects of amino acid addition on growth performance, blood biochemical parameters and meat quality of Tan sheep were studied. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of adding amino acids in feed on the performance and meat quality of the sheep, and to provide information for improving the economic benefits of raising the beach sheep. This study carried out the following experiments:Test 1:Effects of Rumen Protected Methionine(RPMet)and Lysine(RPLys)on Growth Performance of house-feeding Tan Sheep at different feeding levelsIn the case of similar initial body weight(p>0.05),the terminal weight of Tan sheep decreased linearly with the decrease of feeding level under different feeding levels(p<0.01).With the decrease of feeding level, dry matter intake(ADFI)and average daily gain(ADG)decreased linearly(p<0.01),but the difference between groups was not significant(p>0.05);the material-to-weight ratio was accompanied by The reduction in feeding levels decreased linearly(p<0.05).However,the dry matter intake(ADFI)and daily gain(ADG)of the ruminal methionine and lysine groups were increased between the feeding groups(p<0.10).Test 2:Effect of Rumen Protect Methionine(RPMet)and Lysine(RPLys)on blood biochemical parameters of house-feeding Tan sheep at different feeding levelsAs the level of feeding decreased, total cholesterol(TC)in serum increased linearly(p<0.01),and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)decreased linearly(p<0.01).Triglycerides(TG)and glucose(GLU)in serum showed a decreasing trend with decreasing feeding levels(p<0.10).Test 3:Effect of Rumen Protect Methionine(RPMet)and Lysine(RPLys)on the meat quality and slaughter performance of house-feeding Tan sheep at different feeding levelsUnder the experimental conditions, the addition of rumen methionine and lysine to the diet of the shoal was improved to improve the quality of the mutton and slaughter performance, increase the water holding capacity of the meat, increase the tenderness and meat rate of the meat, and the marble.Grading score(p<0.05).Generally:the addition of rumen protect methionine and lysine to the diet of the farmed goats can effectively improve its growth performance and slaughtering index, improve the quality of the mutton, and have no significant effect on blood biochemical indicators. This experiment proves that the addition of rumen methionine and lysine to the diet of the beach feed can improve the growth performance and carcass quality of the beach sheep, and can replace the traditional protein feed to a certain extent, reduce the cost of raising and improve the economic benefits.
