Effect Of Different Cold-proof Measures On Pomegranate And Preliminary Study On It's Facility Cultivation Environment

This test research three main pomegranate variety in Henan region,‘Tunisia soft-seeded ',‘Yudazi' and ‘Qian ceng-hua',were treated with low-temperature stress,then the changes of it's conductivity,CAT,POD,Pro and SOD content were measured to analyse the cold-tolerance and it's mechanism of the three pomegranate.In this paper,different cold-proof measures were used to study their effects on the ‘Tunisia soft-seeded' cutting seedling and grafted seedling of ‘Tunisia soft-seeded' and ‘Qian ceng-hua'.Also,the growth and development situation of the pomegranate planted in connective plastic greenhouses and the changes of the temperature and relative humidity inside and outside the facility were studied and then the opinions and suggestions about the facilities cultivation and environment factor regulation were proposed.The main results are as follows:(1)The conductivity,MDA,Pro and soluble sugar content are rised with the fall of temperature,while the activity of SOD are reduced first,then rised and then reduced once again.(2)Foliar-spraying 40% ethephon on the pomegranate could promote the nutrients reflow to the tree in time,and then made early deciduous to raise the cold-tolerance of the tree.The cold-injury ratio of 5 grade of treated pomegranate tree is 88%and85%,lower 6% and7%than CK.(3)For the Pomegranate stem buried in the soil,its' environment temperature and humidity relatively stable.The part buried in soil experienced the cold damage is not serious.(4)Under the same conditions,selected the Cold tolerance stronger stock,the cold-tolerance of the grafting seedling is superior to the cutting seedling.(5)When the temperature is too low,both cutting seedlings and grafting seedling,all of the cold-proof measures adopted in the experiment couldn't play a role.(6)Facilities inside and outside the fruits of growth and development are basically the same.the cultivation of facilities not only can protect trees from freezinginjury but also ensurer in the summer high temperature the normal growth and development of pomegranate fruit.Also,for facility cultivation,the pomegranate fruit surface is clean than those harvested in field cultivation and the soluble solids content is higher.The quality is higher.
