Rice is the second staple crop,and its production affect the safety of grain production in China.Nitrogen is an important way of rice production,a large number of studies has showed that the right amount of nitrogen fertilizer can significantly increase the output of rice.But in the production of farmers in pursuit of greater economic benefits,a lot of unreasonable use of nitrogen fertilizer caused by nitrogen abused and wasted,Will not only increase the production costs,environmental pollution,can also cause diseases,lodging and rice yield decrease.Y-liangyou-886 as the first hybrid indica for examination and approval of henan agricultural university,to this end,We measured the hybrid Rice Y-liangyou-886 under different nitrogen levels,yield,quality and nitrogen use efficiency,leaf area index and light transmittance of indicators to study the hybrid Rice Y-liangyou-886 for the mechanism of nitrogen response.The results showed that the number of grains per ear,grain number per ear,yield and quality of dry matter in mature stage were increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen application.Also,the quality traits of rice milled rice rate,chalkiness rate and chalkiness degree had the same trends with nitrogen treatments.But,the nitrogen harvest index,nitrogen agronomic efficiency and nitrogen partial production rate decreased with the increase of nitrogen application.The highest grain yield was nitrogen application of390 kg/hm2.The results showed that the yield were increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen application.The rice after heading and flowering period of chlorophyll were increased with the increase of nitrogen application,and all of the high nitrogen level were greater than the low nitrogen level.The rice heading and flowering period of LAI were increased with the increase of nitrogen application.The rice filling-maturity period of the light transmittance were decreased with the increase of nitrogen application,and each growing stage of the light transmittance of the high nitrogen level were greater than the low nitrogen level.In the nitrogen application of 390 kg/hm2,the grain yield was highest,the chlorophyll SPAD was higher,LAI was larger and the light transmittance was reach a certain limit.As mentioned above,The highest grain yield was nitrogen application of 390 kg/hm2,the dry matter of rice in filling-mature stage was highest,the N uptake amount was highest,the nitrogen physiological efficiency,Nitrogen agronomic efficiency and Partial factor productivity of applied N were higher,the chalk white rates and chalk white degree were lower.At the same time,the chlorophyll SPAD was higher,LAI was larger and the light transmittance was reached a certain limit.In consequence,the best fertilizer requirement and idealized population of hybrid Rice Y-liangyou-886 was nitrogen application of 390 kg/hm2.Keeping the 390 kg/hm2 of nitrogen fertilizer input,raise the input of basal nitrogen fertilizer and tillering nitrogen fertilizer may help to improve yield,nitrogen use efficiency and rice quality.
