The amount of nitrogen fertilizer applied in potato production was large, and the supply of nitrogen fertilizer affected the yield of potato and N use efficiency. Obtain high yield while apply nitrogen fertilizer reasonably, to achieve higher N use efficiency, is an urgent problem in the production of potato. This paper studied the effects of dry matter and N accumulation and distribution, N use efficiency and yield on Dongnong 09-33069 and Dongnong 308, Dongnong 311. Determined the nitrogen applications of different potato varieties, and explored the nitrogen nutrition regular pattern of potato, to provide the theoretical basis and technical reference for the rational application of nitrogen fertilizer. Main results are as follows:(1)N content in different organs of potato showed a single peak curve and leaf > stem > tuber, dry matter and nitrogen accumulation of stem and leaf of potato showed unimodal curve, dry matter and nitrogen accumulation of tubers of potato showed a trend of increase; before tuber enlargement stage, stem and leaf was main organs of dry matter and nitrogen distribution, after tuber enlargement stage, main organs of distribution is tuber in the whole growth stage of potato.(2)With the increase of nitrogen rate applied, dry matter and nitrogen accumulation in different organs of potato and nitrogen uptake rate increased. When nitrogen rate was 10 kg/667m2, dry matter and nitrogen distribution of stem and leaf increased, and reduced dry matter and nitrogen distribution of tuber at later growth stage.(3)Dry matter and nitrogen accumulation of total plant and tuber showed: Dongnong 09-33069 > Dongnong 311 > Dongnong 308, Dry matter and nitrogen distribution of tuber showed: Dongnong 09-33069 > Dongnong 308 > Dongnong 311, Nitrogen content in each organ of potato showed Dongnong 311 > Dongnong 308 > Dongnong 09-33069.(4)With increasing amount of nitrogen, potato production first increased and then decreased and showed: Dongnong09-33069> Dongnong 311 > Dongnong 308; NRE and NPEP, NAE, NPE of potato decreased with increasing of nitrogen rate and showed: Dongnong09-33069 > Dongnong 311 > Dongnong 308.(5)The test results showed: suitable nitrogen rate of Dongnong09-33069, Dongnong311 and Dongnong308 was 13.3 kg/667m2,10 kg/667m2 and 3.3 kg/667m2.
