Hedychium coronarium ×gardnerianum“Huangjin?”(guangdong careful spend 20170006)is a ‘Hedychium coronarium' as the female parent,‘Hedychium gardnerianum' as the male parent through artificial hybridization,is in September 2016 through the examination and approval of new varieties of hybrid.Its high moderate,disease-resistant ability strong;Inflorescence a relatively long,can be used as cut flower varieties;Petals of modest;At the same time its design and color is more strange,sweet fragrance is pleasant scent;And flowering amount is larger,can be used as landscaping plants,and can be used as a cut flower scent,has great research value and potential.In order to make it widely applied,the system of cultivation breeding study is very necessary.In this paper the cultivation matrix,negative resistance,drought resistance,waterlogging resistance,heat resistance,conducted a series of research,select the more suitable for Hedychium coronarium ×gardnerianum“Huangjin?” cultivation substrate ratio,and several kinds of resistance of Hedychium coronarium ×gardnerianum“Huangjin?” made some comments,so as to provide theoretical basis for future application.The results of the study are as follows:1,Because of the new Hedychium coronarium ×gardnerianum“Huangjin?”,no cultivation matrix of uniform standards,the quality and yield of flowers has important influence,in view of the large extension after planting,this experiment choose yellow,pond silt,the peat soil,river sand as several basic cultivation matrix,with the method of the pot,through four factors three levels orthogonal experiment,the analysis of the ratio of the physical and chemical properties,comparing the same growth indicators of growth under the condition of the Hedychium coronarium ×gardnerianum“Huangjin?”,finally can be concluded: yellow: pond sludge: river sand: domestic peat = 8:1:3:2 is Hedychium coronarium ×gardnerianum“Huangjin?” ideal cultivation matrix.2,Negative resistance test was carried out on the Hedychium coronarium ×gardnerianum“Huangjin?”,using the method of control variables,the change of light intensity,its growth environment by observation and measurement in which were 50.9%,50.9%,68.8%,four indexes under different illumination conditions,leaf water content,relative electric conductivity,contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll,carotenoids,chlorophyll a/b value indices such as content,leaf light response curves,it is concluded that Hedychium coronarium ×gardnerianum“Huangjin?” is suitable for growing conditions in a shade,among them,50.9% ~ 68.8% shade degree is favourable to the growth and the environment,in the shade of Hedychium coronarium ×gardnerianum“Huangjin?” grows best,the highest chlorophyll content.The index using principal component analysis(pca)were analyzed,and the conclusion,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll a + b,leaf water content,malondialdehyde and other indicators can be used as main indicators reflect Hedychium coronarium ×gardnerianum“Huangjin?” negative resistance.3,To drought stress of Hedychium coronarium ×gardnerianum“Huangjin?”,observation of its morphological changes during the drought,the determination of water content,leaf water content,malondialdehyde content,relative electric conductivity,soluble sugar,soluble protein content,proline content index changes during drought stress,such as the change of the index and predecessors' research,this paper compares and analyzes Hedychium coronarium ×gardnerianum“Huangjin?” has strong drought resistance,and leaf water content was obtained by principal component analysis(pca),mda and soluble protein,soluble sugar and so on can be used as a main indicators reflect the Hedychium coronarium ×gardnerianum“Huangjin?” drought resistance.4,Flooding experiment was carried out on the Hedychium coronarium ×gardnerianum“Huangjin?”,with potted flood water,to be put in turnover box,keep the water never matrix 2 ~ 3 cm,record its morphological changes under the flooding process,determination and analysis of leaf water content,malondialdehyde,relative electrical conductivity,soluble sugar,soluble protein and proline and other index during Lao Hai changes,the change of the index and predecessors' research,this paper compares and analyzes it is concluded that Hedychium coronarium ×gardnerianum“Huangjin?” has strong resistance to waterlogging,and malondialdehyde was obtained by principal component analysis(pca),leaf water content,soluble sugar,soluble protein can be used as reflecting the major indexes of the Hedychium coronarium ×gardnerianum“Huangjin?” waterlogging resistance.5,Take Hedychium coronarium ×gardnerianum“Huangjin?” blade for heat resistance test,the same part of the Hedychium coronarium ×gardnerianum“Huangjin?” select normal growth and mature functional leaf respectively at room temperature,40,45,50,55,60,65,70 ? water bath for 15 min,take out cool to room temperature,electrical conductivity is measured by conductivity meter,and then put into the boiling water bath heating 15 min,take out after cooling to room temperature conductivity measurement.By conductivity method combined with the Logistic equation for Hedychium coronarium ×gardnerianum“Huangjin?” analysis heat resistance,the change trend of relative electric conductivity changing with temperature showed \ "S\" type curve,conforms to the Logistic equation,the inflection point temperature by calculation,determine the plant tissue temperature lethal temperature of 53.47 ?.
